This is my second windshield with them and they did a great job for me. They came to my work and had it knocked out in less than an hour. Easy peesey.

Worst

Got a windshield-installed incorrectly. 4 months later it cracked and they will not replace it. The seal was broken all around and the crack started from the inside. Horrible c...

Six days later... 4/14/2011

After installing my brand new windshield on the 14th and doing an awesome job, 5 days later it got chipped by a rock. The next day I called Austin Windshield and once again, a few hours after the call Tyler was there to save the day. Not only did I get a $20 discount since it was a new windshield I couldn't even see where the chip was when he finished. Very courteous and experienced. For the second time I say, "I will use them from now on!" Thanks Tyler, Mark and Austin Windshield!!! more

Six days later... 4/14/2011

The next day I called Austin Windshield and once again, a few hours after the call Tyler was there to save the day. Not only did I get a $20 discount since it was a new windshield I couldn't even see where the chip was when he finished. Very courteous and experienced. Austin Windshields Rock 10/15/2010

Austin Windshields was great. I called them and that day they sent someone over to replace my windshield. It took less than an hour to replace, and Mark answered every question I had. The customer service was fantastic. From the phone call I made to them leaving it was A+ all around. I just hope I wont need to call them to replace my windshield again any time soon, but if I need to get it replaced for whatever reason they are first on my list to call. more

I had my car broken into and these guys were on site within 30 minutes...in less than 1 hour, my back window was replaced...it took the cops 4 hours to show up...lol Pros: service, response time Cons: none more

New glass looks great! 1/11/2010

I waited until the last minute to get my inspection done and Austin Windshields came out the same day I called them. It took about an hour and it looks good as new. Not much more to say, pretty basic stuff. I would use again. Pros: Came out same day, good price. more

Very Fast Service 12/7/2009

They were great. They came out same day and replaced my windshield in about 40 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and now my car looks as good as new. And it cost me less than $200 for original factory glass. Pros: Fast service, looks great, great price Cons: none more

Rude! 3/30/2009

I googled places to have windshields repaired, and came across Genuine Auto Glass. I noticed that my make was not listed on the website, but it does say to call the make sure they don't service it. I called, a guy answered the phone and I told him I needed a quote for my car. He asked what kind of car, and then said we don't service those. When I asked if he knew of anyone that did, he said "the dealership." DUH! He was not helpful at all, and then decided to hang up on me. I definately wouldn't recommend that kind of service to anyone. more

"I picked up a stone driving behind a semi on the freeway and was upset big time. That thing looked like it was gunna take my head off. I googled Austin looking for a windshield shop and came upon an ad for Genuine Auto Glass. What caught my eye was the "Free Pizza" part of the ad so I called. They were nice enough and came out to my apartment the next day. It took them about 30 minutes to replace my windshield and they cleaned up all the mess and it looked good as new. The best part was that I received a voucher for a free pizza from Southside Flying Pizza on south congress, great pizza by the way. My insurance paid for the windshield and I got a free pizza dinner. Pros: Free Pizza, fast service Cons: Had to wait a week to get my pizza voucher but It came like he promised. more

My insurance company recommended them and they cam to my work. 9/25/2008

My windshield was cracked from a rock on the road and I had no clue what I was supposed to do to get my glass fixed. I called my insurance company and they recommended Genuine Auto Glass so I made an appointment. They came out the next day to my work and replaced my glass in about 40 minutes and they took care of all the paperwork, I didn't even have to sign anything. It was so easy and my new windshield looks great. I definitely recommend them. Obviously my insurance company knew what they were talking about when they said to call Genuine.
