i can't sing at all, but.... 3/23/2006

My friends and I rented out a large room here for a party, and it was so much fun. They even provide tambourines. Tambourines and BYOB are a great combination. I have since rented out smaller rooms for smaller gatherings. You can stay very late (I believe until 4 in the morning some nights of the week). The staff is super helpful and polite. My only complaint is the lack of songs in English, and the lack of updated song selection. But even with that, I am still hoarse for days after going. more

For a good time whether you can sing or not 8/15/2005

I recently rented out a big room for a surprise birthday party at Austin Karaoke. First of all, the owners of the establishment are very friendly and laid back. Their rates are THE cheapest in town. The room we rented fit over 30 people very easily. The room was clean and prepared for our arrival with plenty of trash cans. The only con I found at this place was that the equipment was a little out dated, the remote was labeled in Chinese or Korean which made it difficult at times to operate; however, the staff was right there when we needed help. I would recommend this establishment for either close personal groups or even bigger parties like my own. more

Sing until super late at ngiht 8/15/2005

This is a great late night hang out for college students that like to sing. Even if you are completely out of tune, nobody outside of your room will know. They rent each group out a private room, and you sing till you are content. it is also byob, so dont plan on buying alcohol from them. The prices for karaoking are quite reasonable. Depending on the number of people you bring it usually turns out to about 10 - 15 a person for like 2- 3 hours. more
