I had the WORST experience at Audio Express we spent over $1600 on a new stereo and amp kit, they did a HORRIBLE job installing the amp kit, the speakers kept cutting out. We took the vehicle back twice, they told us nothing was wrong when it is so EVIDENT that there is a problem! Finally spoke to a manager told us to come back and they would fix it, the sales person Josh then wanted to charge us for there mistake!!!! I will never again purchase or recommend Audio Express!!!! It's a shame that the company has this kind of person representing them. There where so many things that this guy could of done to have made a pleasant experience but choose not to!! Therefore I will never go there again or recommend them!!!!! more

all i can say is wow from the review below. i actually dont believe this i have been going to audio express for years and i have always dealt with jeremy and he is actually a great guy. the guys there always try to go above and beyond for me and my family and friends when there is issues and when something is out of warranty which we understand jeremy has always been very fair. i have gotten to know him over the years and he truly is one the few that not only has great customer service but knows what he is doing. not once has he or his crew nickel and dimed us on our purchases.i cant say enough great things about jeremy and his entire crew. truly are top notch. read the rest of the reviews below. it seems that a lot of others agree as well about him and his crew. more

The employees were good and helped me out. But Jeremy was very rude to me and my family the whole time. I have never seen such a rude employee, I actually think he's the boss. If so, he should be fired. I will be coming in to talk to somebody in higher power to get him fired. I will never come to Audio Express again after having to deal with a man like that. I spent too much money to deal with that, thanks for the terrible service Jeremy. more

Kevin and Curt were very helpful in my experience buying a new stereo for my car. At this location I felt as if they cared about what I wanted. Due to the service I received from this location and Kevin and Curt, I traveled out of my way and will recommend this store to my friends and family. more

Great service 6/17/2011

Great Service They helped my 17 year old with a system. He had been in the store many times dreaming, and finally the time they spent being polite to a teenager, teaching him, and actually treating him as a potential customer, paid off. These guys are great. Kudos to the manager John for his staff. A good manager has good staff more
