Great place, def recommend 1/4/2011

My husband, daughter & I are going skiing for the first time in a couple of months. We walked in & they were so helpful. They helped us choose the right products for our trip and I was happy they had a selection of items to fit my 2 yr old. They do have a strict return policy so be sure you ask if you think you may need to make a return. I would highly recommend checking them out, we went in & purchased all we needed at our first visit. more

LOUSY Return Policy 12/28/2009

Spent $350 on Cold Weather Gear as per their recommendations but nothing worked as promised. I was told by the sales guy that I would have 5 days to return it. My husband was able to try it out on day 4(this was over Christmas) and was unhappy with it. I called to say I was returning the items and was told b/c they had been used- were now unreturnable. HOW DO YOU know what works if you can't try it out??????Their response was TOO BAD! Pros: Friendly Staff Cons: Can't Return What doesn't Work more

Great selection of Snowboarding gear! 3/2/2009

This shop is definitely a Ski & Snowboard shop?.Just like the ones you find next to big mountains with lots of powder. You wouldn?t think you could find a shop like this in Marietta, Ga. I was very happy with the ?Shaun White? apparel for my own snowboarding needs, and my buddy got hooked up with some killer goggles. I got a chance to meet the owner and he was a really cool guy. He and his staff were very helpful and nice. I would definitely suggest checking them out for any ski or snowboarding needs. Pros: Very Cool Staff more

this store was amazing. flatout. the sales were gnarly, and the customer service was totally rad. insane. i love this store and i will definitely be back. amazin. i would suggest this to anybody. Pros: service, sales Cons: size is a little small might want to expand more

THIS SHOP HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN IT. THE EMPLOYEES AND OWNER ARE VERY CURTIOUS AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. THEY REALLY ARE GREAT PEOPLE. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. more
