We used Atlanta Home Theater to automate our River House over two years ago. Through the entire process they were extremely responsive and professional. The outcome was fantastic and we continue to rely on AHT as we round out our system. more

I have used Atlanta Home Theater ever since they first opened their doors. I have awesome home theaters in both my homes with guests always saying WOW who did this for you! They carry the best product value in high end home theater with a professional staff to match. I give them an 11 out of 10 on the satisfaction scale! more

ATL Home Theater - I had been looking at doing a home automation system in my existing house for several years. When I decided to embark on this project I sought out AHT. They were very professional in all there engagements. I had planned to do the project in multiple phases to include (Home Theater, zoned Audio/Video, Security, Lighting, Climate Control) using Control 4 as my base integrator controller. I had done quite a bit of research on my own prior and they were able to come up with a design that met all my needs. With the ever changing technology in equipment they were able to meet ALL my needs even with some older technology equipment that I already had. I had put many demands on Craig and the team at AHT, they had worked thru all issues and never said ""no"" rather, they always found a solution to address my concerns. As always be prepared for some kinks to be worked out because as much as one once to believe equipment vendors always work together?they don?t (look at Microsoft and Apple). more

Amazing service and dedication to achieving a perfect product. We had them build a theatre room and redo the sound in all of the house. Great products and very professional staff. Always responsive to my questions (even shared their cell phone numbers). Control 4 is an amazing interface to use for the entire house! so many capabilities. Service team was always on time and always stayed late to achieve the goal and work on technical details. We had a small hitch with one of the theatre vendors and ATL home theatre office staff stayed on them until the product (custom made couch) was done correctly - no worries for me. Atlanta Home Theater - Great company! 2/28/2012

We chose Atlanta Home Theater, after an extensive search, to wire our newly renovated home for everything from audio/video to home security to HVAC. They did a great job and unlike many vendors they were always on-time and did what they said they would do. In addition to excellent work, we have found them to be very responsive to our questions and requests. Now, almost two years later, we think of them more as friends than vendors. Best Home Theater Company in Atlanta! 2/28/2012

I have used AHT for my home theater and house audio needs for several years. They have helped design and install home theaters in two homes for me and it was an excellent experience each time. Scott Ross and Joe Coots have been very professional and easy to work with. I have always found them to be realistic and fair when recommending equipment or services. In our most recent job, Scott worked up up a plan (during our house construction) for pre-wiring the whole house audio, TVs and mounts, as well as the home theater. When the time came for their installation, everything was done on time as as promised. As pleased as I have been with all their technicians and finished product, I must say that what really sets AHT apart from their competitors is their outstanding service after the sale. These systems are often complex and may need some tweaking after the install. AHT is always prompt and professional about immediately correcting any problems. I have used Atlanta Home Theater for all of my home automation and home theater needs since 2005. The initial project was the design and installation of a home theater in our Atlanta home. In addition to designing the theater, the AHT team also basically designed the entire basement. They also recommended a contractor that I have now used for many subsequent projects. Scott Ross and his team are very professional and I have been very, very pleased with the results. Atlanta Home Theater does outstanding work. I recently used them for a whole house audio, video, automated lighting and security system installation. They were extremely professional from the very beginning. They listened carefully to the type of system I wanted and asked good questions to come up with a well thought out proposal. Unlike other groups I talked to they did not try to sell me on extra gadgets or expensive technology that I did not need. I have been very impressed with Atlanta Home Theater since I began working with them eight years ago. Based on their reputuation, their many awards, and the sincerity and professionalism of Scott and his team, I chose Atlanta Home Theater to design and install my home theater when I finished my basement in 2004. I was very happy with their service, support, and value for money, and I have used them to expand my systems throughout my home, and to upgrade my original system. Scott is a real pro - an honest businessman and a real home theater expert. His team of home theater professionals are the best - very knowledgable, responsive, resourceful, polite, and customer-focused. I have put many demands on the team at Atlanta Home Theater over the years, and they have never said "no." Rather, they always find a way to address whatever issue or need I may have. I have been very impressed with Atlanta Home Theater from installation to support! They put the Control 4 System in my old house and it looks like it was installed when the house was first built. The customer service is awsome! Every time I call they are usually out the same day, if not always within 24 hours. They never leave until the problem is resolved! Good team to work with... 2/10/2012

I had my system installed a couple of years ago. The team at Atlanta Home Theater worked with me to incorporate a lot of different functionality into my basement built around Control4. Everything from 110" theater and projector to multiple TVs and xbox throughout the basement. Pretty cool playing xbox at the bar TV while watching football on one or more different TVs at the same time. The ability to 'move' this stuff around to different TVs has really opened up the entertainment options. There were some kinks to be worked out and like most customers I didn't always know what i wanted the first time. I have to say this... Scott, Joe, and the technical team at Atlanta Home Theater are very good at what they do. Furthermore, they were absolutely committed, and remain so today, to making sure my system is doing what I want and need it to do. They are very responsive on my requests and always have been from day one... They are not cheap.... Great Service & Professionalism 11/12/2011

We had comapred 3 different installation companies to install audio visual equipment in our new home. Atlanta Home Theater seem the most professional. They took the time to work with us and gave us different senarios to stay within our budget. Thye were extremely professional, detailed and more curteous than any company I can recall I have delt with in a very long time. Outstanding! 11/1/2011

After shopping and comparing prices, we hired Atlanta Home Theater to create a warm, inviting space for us in our otherwise blank, vanilla basement. We're the house that all the kids gather so we wanted to keep the room pretty yet durable knowing that we would have groups of teenagers over every weekend. Atlanta Home Theater and their employees far exceeded our expectations with their courteous and prompt arrival, professional installation and respectful of our home and privacy. We felt completely comfortable allowing the team in our home while we vacationed. It was fantastic to return from a beach trip and find a home theater in our basement! I highly recommend Atlanta Home Theater and would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked or is considering either a theater or basement renovation including a bar area (that's next!) The most knowledgeable Home Electronics Company 10/26/2011

Atlanta Home Theater installed my home automation system about two years ago. If I experience a problem, which is rare, It does not matter which technician is sent to my home, they are all extremely knowledgeable and polite. Recently I had a problem with an internet cable company installation which was not performed correctly. Even though I was not on Atlanta Home Theater's schedule, they made time to send one of their technicians to my home while the internet service provider was there (for the second day) to straighten out the problems and restore my internet, music and television services. I firmly believe it was the only way this situation could have been resolved.
