Terrible staff 7/12/2012

I tried to get a hold of the doctor on call which we had to Paige 4 times and took over an hour to call me back. The after hours staff was extremely rude to me. The next day I took my child in to get checked out which was dr Beth and she was completely useless. She told me exactly what the nurse had told me and the nurse that I talked to the previous day told me that if Tylenol didn't help then bring him in and that's why I brought him in. But all dr Beth told me was to give him Tylenol. That was 3 days ago. It's still not working, but I don't know what else to do at this point. Not to mention i waited 45 minutes just to get into the room and waited another 15 just to see the doctor only to be told what they could have told me over the phone. In my opinion dr Beth and dr espasito are very rude and not helpful at all! Dr Wynn and Michael Sheade are awesome but I can barely get appointments with them. And their staff makes it extremely hard to keep even good doctors like them. This is a more

Lookin for new Practice.. 1/18/2012

After seeing Dr. Beth, my son's sinus/eye infection worsened, the Nurse said it never worsens so fast, so wait til tomorrow and call back. I am watching my son's eye secrete yellow gunk faster than I can wipe, just because he wasn't doing that in the morning, doesn't mean it WON"T or CAN'T happen the same day. Dr. Esposito being the Dr. on call did nothing but repeat what he told the nurse to tell me as he was too lazy to call in a prescription for him before closing and then annoyed when I said I would call him after hours. I will be looking for a new Practice in the morning, they are MORANS. Do not trust your child's well being to ASSociates in Pediatrics, after 13 years, my children will be going elsewhere. I loved Dr. Michael and Wynn, but they seem to never be available anymore, surely close to retirement. Quality has gone way down. more

I only see the nurse practitioner 6/21/2011

I have been a patient of this practice for a long time and will only see the nurse practioner for my daughters. Contrary to a previous comment, she always spends a long time with me and goes so far as to call me after the appointment to follow up. My daughters love nurse becky as they call her; they feel very comfortable with her and request to only see her.. I have seen other doctors previously in the practice and don't care for them. A tip for other parents. If you see the nurse practitioners you don't wait as long. more

Love this office. 12/16/2010

I love this practice. I use the Randall Rd location and the staff is always friendly,helpful and courteous. There is a long wait time for the doctors but they are incredibly accomodating and I always get in same day. I think that is why there is a wait time they try and accomodate all worried parents and sick kids. My kids see all the doctors and I wait the least amount of time with Dr. Rupal and Dr. Beth. My whole family goes to this practice. more

Experienced parent 9/29/2010

My children have been patients with this practice for 10 years and I always ALWAYS have to wait at least 30-45 min to see a doctor, some of the practitioners are fine, others I do not care for their attitude, same for their office staff. They have convenient locations and hours, but truly the always pack their schedule very tight and you will end up waiting up to an hour total (waiting at the office and then inside the room) before you see the pediatrician/nurse. more

Worst practice in the area 9/25/2010

I have seen about 4 different doctors from this practice and each time I have had a bad encounter. the do have the most outrageous wait times both in the waiting and exam rooms. All of the doctors seem impersonal and as a first time mom, I was expecting that my doctor would ease my concerns about my child, not make me feel stupid for asking questions that were relevant. I do not like this practice at all and I really think it is important to like your childs pediatrician. more

All About Head Count 11/30/2008

I took my child as a new patient to the office few days ago and decided not to go back again. Dirty office and was greeted by a very angry receptionist. After waiting in the reception room for 45 min. I ended up waiting another 50 min. in the exam room. Finally, Dr. Bockenhauer walked in without any acknowledgement of running late and practically spent 3 min. with my son for his asthma. This office is just like a manufacturing plant, no personal attention and all about "Head Count". more

good doctors but very busy office 11/9/2005

the doctors here are very good, but the practice is very busy. They are long waits at times and getting a same day appointment is almost impossible. The doctors are good about calling back and the nurses can answer most questions over the phone. more

    There is always a physician on call after hours to take emergency phone calls. Our answering service will page the doctor to call you back. Please save routine questions (mild illness, appointments, lab results, prescription refills) for normal business hours. We encourage you to refer to our website first, when practical, before calling the answering service.

    We accept most insurance companies. Please make sure that we always have the most current insurance information on file for all of your children, by allowing us to copy your insurance card at your visit. We will file insurance claims on your behalf. The patient/parent is responsible for anything that is not covered, determined to be not eligible or for any other reason the claim comes back unpaid. All co-payments must be paid at time of service.
