So I decided to pull my credit report , and much to my surprise, These guys have been ruining my credit without ever notifying me. To make matters worse, I NEVER received a phone call, statement or otherwise to let me know I owed them money. Turns out the whopping $44 that I owed them was for a doctors appointment from years ago that I missed, and was charged a no-show fee for.... I have made several attempts to contact them for a statement, but they either have a ""high call volume"" or their office is closed. They have my current information, or at least they could get it, since they have been reporting me to the bureau every month for a year or more ( I don't look at my report that often), and.... NO statement...
