Over all wonderful place. Reception area is lacking I had an appointment at 1pm arrived at 1240 was not acknowledged till 120pm. Staff Is friendly dentist is wonderful more

Hygienist found an area of sensitivity; Dr. U's explanation of an abscess in progress was very clear and helped me tremendously come to the right treatment decision. All this when I had not realized before the appointment that there was a developing problem - thanks! more

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, a root canal, and two crowns. I was afraid, because my friends all had horror stories about their own oral surgeries. I shouldn't have worried. The only thing that hurt even a little bit was my impacted wisdom tooth. They gave me good pain meds, but I didn't need to use them. My insurance participates with them, so it was all fairly cheap for me. more

Aspen dental is a scam! My husband whom is a police officer went in there with a cracked tooth instead of filling it with temporary cement they told him it would be 360 dollars for crown and everything else! Disgusted! We also had to pay a 25 co-pay for our children's cleaning which Is suppose to be free! Also I went in with pain on my left side they told me I had 3000 dollars worth of cleaning and to sign something saying I will pay it I refused! Come to find out after I pulled my whole family from the place and went to Bayridge dental Mr. Joel Carangelo in Webster told me my pain was from one tooth that needed a root canal and I must say I've never been more pleased! Do Not sign anything! They are from another country pulling a scam on us! Check your insurance my insurance company told me there is no 40 dollar co-pay so I beg of you check your insurance don't sign anything and two Bayridge dental is the place to go. Great experience. I've just completed another routine clean and check. The entire Webster NY Aspen Dental staff is always friendly and helpful. Liz, my hygienist, did a thorough and gentle cleaning, answered all my questions intelligenly, and also provided helpful tips on oral care. I can't say that I'll ever look forward to a visit to a dental office, but once there, Aspen provides exceptional service and a pleasant and professional atmosphere.. more

Best Dental Experiene Ever 10/28/2011

I have always had a fear of dentists starting at a young age and have always put off going because of fear or to get my kids dental work done. The first time I walked into Aspen had immediately put all my fears behind me. They have high tech equipment that my last dentist never had. The staff is warm and friendly, they treat you like a member of the family and not just a patient. The dental work that I needed to have done was explained in detail, the cost was listed clearly and if I ever had any questions the office manager (Tiffany) always gave me answers in a friendly and professonal manner. Dr. Colon and the staff are great, always smiling and they really seem to enjoy their work. I highly recommend Aspen to anyone who has a fear of dentists. I had a pain-free, friendly and low cost experience..did I mention it was pain-free? I wish they were around when I was younger! Pros: null Cons: null more

Prompt 10/6/2008

This dental office was prompt in answering their phone and then they set up apontments for my children, however, they do not see patients under the age of 6 and so my 4 year old would have to see another dental group. When I found a dental practice that could see all of my children I did the right thing and called them to cancel out appointment so someone else could have it and they were not able to find the apointment in the system. It took several attempts to find the children's apontments and that was rather disconcerting. more
