This dental office was prompt in answering their phone and then they set up apontments for my children, however, they do not see patients under the age of 6 and so my 4 year old would have to see another dental group. When I found a dental practice that could see all of my children I did the right thing and called them to cancel out appointment so someone else could have it and they were not able to find the apointment in the system. It took several attempts to find the children's apontments and that was rather disconcerting.
