Very clean and professional. I was impressed with all the staff from the front desk, dentist, to the billing department. They take my insurance and make sure you are aware up front of all your cost. Would highly recommend this dentist. more

So I called that day and found myself in their chair the following day. My first visit to Aspen Dental in Woburn, MA was a pleasant experience. Rihanna, the dental hygienest, was very presice and thorough. I had a set of x-rays taken and a full cleaning done. She also instructed me on how to properly brush based on the scope of my mouth. Pros: null Cons: null more

This is the worst dental clinic i ever visited. Customer service is so bad, that you woul'nt want to come back again. The staff at the front desk is rude and un-professional. Any other place would be far better. Beware of these monsters !!!! more

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Rude customer service, below average cleaning, and complete lies about the status of my teeth. They told me I had five cavities, which took me by surprise because just six months prior I didn't have any with a different dentist. I had switched insurance due to maternity leave, which is why I was going to Aspen in the first place. I had them fill one cavity, but did not return thereafter and waited for my family to switch back to my insurance after maternity leave. I just met with the original dentist from another practice who said that I did not have any cavities. Aspen Dental is such a rip off! more

Never again I will use Aspen Dental service in my life, nor my family. Recently I had my wisdom teeth extracted. For 6 month now this dentist office can?t resolve bill issue with my insurance company ($875 vs. $176), and now I am being sent to collections. First Aspen Dental sent x-rays to my insurance without a date, and now they wouldn?t send dated x-rays, which are required to resolve this dispute. How hard is that? I called every week to Woburn office for about 3 months, main office, came to talk in person. Nobody is helping me. In Woburn office they say they don?t deal with bills. Main office promises to send x-rays, but they don?t. I feel that something criminal is going on, they are lying to my insurance about the procedure and that?s why they wouldn?t send x-rays. According to this Aspen Dental x-rays I had 5 cavities, but when I went to another doctor to treat them he couldn?t see any (that is without x-rays, but last year I had x-rays done at this office and I was told I had 3 cavities. I had bad experience a year before at this office and went to another doctor to treat my 3 cavities. He did new x-rays and they were fine). I thought my first bad experience at Aspen Dental first year was accidental (after the doctor did my filling, my tooth hurt, and I had to come back 2 times ? the result instead of a small cavity (I had no idea about, it didn?t hurt) I have now 1/3 of my tooth gone, it is replaced with ugly silver filling, because she had to get read of hurtful white one. The only reason I came back to this office, because they do fantastic cleaning job. But I don?t trust their doctors anymore. I have to find a lawyer now, because if turns out I don?t have cavities and they were lying about my wisdom teeth, saying they were impacted which they were not, it should be easy enough to prove with x-rays.
