Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Rude customer service, below average cleaning, and complete lies about the status of my teeth. They told me I had five cavities, which took me by surprise because just six months prior I didn't have any with a different dentist. I had switched insurance due to maternity leave, which is why I was going to Aspen in the first place. I had them fill one cavity, but did not return thereafter and waited for my family to switch back to my insurance after maternity leave. I just met with the original dentist from another practice who said that I did not have any cavities. Aspen Dental is such a rip off!
