Dr. Eisenberg has been my doctor for over 20 years and he always has the time to listen to my concerns. I would recommend him and have over the years.

Worst

All doctors seem to be professionals in their field, but also cold, somewhat arrogant and distant. Each time I ask a question I don't get a complete answer or feel like a dummy at...

My physician was extremely helpful at all times, answered all of my questions and concerns. I was seen and checked my De La Cruz and Mireya, both were really nice. Overall my physician Mireya helped me with all my questions and concerns all these months and I am very pleased. more

The best care possible 8/9/2011

I have been a patient of Dr. Eisenberg for over 5 years. He and his team helped me through some very difficult times i.e. an ectopic pregnancy, and two additional complicated pregnancies. His knowledge and expertise gave me the sense of comfort that I was receiving the best care possible. I have in the past and will continue to recommend Dr. Eisenberg and his team to my friends and family. more

Positive and wonderful 7/26/2011

I have never felt like ""just another patient"". The personal attention I receive, no matter the questions or concerns I have, is what makes my patient experience so positive and wonderful. The physicians (and nurses)listen attentively and don't make me feel as if they're in a hurry to move on to the next patient. We problem-solve together when issues arise. I trust in their expertise, but appreciate that my input is important and matters as well. I am blessed to be cared for by such a compassionate and talented group of individuals. Thank you! more

Completely incompetent 7/18/2011

Over the years, this office has managed to lose my medical records, make me wait 25-60 minutes for every appointment and now (after making copies of my insurance card twice in a 3 week period) managed to bill the wrong insurance company. While the female physicians are average, the office staff is rude and incompetent and the male physicians are arrogant with zero bedside manners. If you are searching for an OB/GYNE, please keep looking. Avoid this practice at all costs! more

I have been a patient for over 15 years. The doctors are always top notch and if my doctor is not available another doctor is always offered to accommodate my schedule there or another facility. more

A very pleasant visit 6/30/2011

My physician was Malia and I had a very pleasant visit. I came in 10 minutes early, filled out some paperwork, got called in right away, and only waited about another 5 minutes. Quick and easy exam at the doctors. more

I have been a patient of Dr. Eisenberg for over 20 years and have always found Dr. Eisenberg's level of expertise to be excellent. He has even diagnosed problems in areas not related to his field that other specialists could not. He delivered both my sons, and in each case I was confident that whatever circumstance could happen I was in the best hands. more

Went to see OBGYN and found the place had all facility to do all hormonal tests done internally without stepping out along with a Ultrasound which is really a good thing compared with other places. more

I was surprised to see some of the negative posts on Women's Health First. I have been a patient for over 15 years and experienced none of the complaints listed. The doctors are always top notch and if my doctor is not available another doctor is always offered to accommodate my schedule there or another facility. I found the front office friendly and helpful and the staff matches the patient community. Individually if you look at some of the doctors ratings they are excellent. The complaints seemed superficial and petty. more

Avoid this facility. The staff is cold, the doctors are rude and the care is non-existant. \r \r I came in at 7 weeks pregnant. I should have gone with my first impression. The office is terrible. The staff is rude. When I met the doctor I had a list of questions. Instead of answering them, he started talking about how silly women are and how pregnancy is typical. He actually tapped a pamphlet he had given my husband and me when I asked about nutrion. \r \r Unfortunately I did have a miscarriage. Three weeks later I received a call that I was due for my 12 week ultrasound. This was painful to hear and difficult to recover from. I'm not upset about the miscarriage, they do happen in 25% of women, I am disgusted at the treatment I received from this facility. more

Careless, NOT Attentive !!! 2/11/2011

Went to see OBGYN and found the place had all facility to do all hormonal tests done internally without stepping out along with a Ultrasound which is really a good thing compared with other places.\r \r BUT the weird thing is, \r \r the reason of my visit is a absent period,but the test results the doctor left says, the reason for my abnormal Uterine bleeding is normal.LOL!! I never had any abnormal uterine bleeding in the first place. Don't they check the reason of visit before the doc wants to say something and send the results. Not Attentive at all!! Maybe she confused my case with some other. more

Listen to the Unbiased Public 1/26/2011

I read a lot of negative reviews about Women's First Heath (Buffalo Grove location) but decided to try them anyway because they are so close to my house. I decided I would go with a good attitude and figured I would not have any of the problems previously mentioned. Well, my mistake for not listening to the unbiased public. First, the receptionist is a little rough and abrupt. Then she asked me to use the restroom before I was given a room, so I had to bring my coat and purse in the bathroom with me (this is unhygienic to me). 45 mins later, I finally went to a room. I was telling the PA/nurse a medication that I was allergic to, and she asked ME how to spell it. Once Dr. Eisenberg came in room, he seemed relaxed at first. I was telling him about some concerns I had about possibly having PCOS. Throughout our conversation, he became more abrupt and anxious to get to the exam. He talked to me the whole time as if I was stupid for asking questions and his demeanor was very derogatory. I h more
