I see everyone agrees the staff at Womens health first are the worst starting with all the medical assistant and to top it off the physician assistant that treat you like s*** .. They just go in the rooms dont even say hi to the patient act like we waisting there time and when a patient have questions they act like we should kno the answer ... Being a smart mouth is not professional !! if the staff will actually treat all of us patients with respect , care and Friendly and not like we annoying you there will be more patients who will be wanting to go to the clinic instead of SWITCHING!!!!!! --- Next time look at the persons personality before just hiring dem just because they are M.A or P.A .dont mean is ENOUGH IF THEY GOING TO MAKE US PATIENTS FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND HAVE A UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT THE OFFICE.. more

The rudest staff ever. I dont understand why the doctors dont clean house - makes me think they dont care which is very unfortunate. Avoid this place.... there are many other doctors offices that can serve you and treat you like a normal human being without talking down to you. more

I have been a patient of Dr. Eisenberg for over 20 years and have always found Dr. Eisenberg's level of expertise to be excellent. He has even diagnosed problems in areas not related to his field that other specialists could not. He delivered both my sons, and in each case I was confident that whatever circumstance could happen I was in the best hands. Dr. Eisenberg is a true professional in his field. more

One of the worst doctor office experiences I have had. The staff is rude, the doctor I saw was uncaring and cold, and the accounting department is a mess. My credit card was over charged by hundreds and hundreds of dollars, however they refused to give me an immediate refund insisting on sending me a check the following month. more

I went to my first appointment yesterday at the Schaumburg office, and the only thing I didn't like was some of the staff. I think they should be more friendly and courteous with their patients. Other than that I liked it. The place was neat. more

Associates in the Schaumburg office do not care at all. I thought that this office should have happy and nice associates because their job is supposed to be very meaningful, yet I found that it is not the case with Women's Health First. The doctors are experienced, no argument but so cold and they just do not give a rat's ass about you and/or your baby. Nurses and u/s technicians are rude, unprofessional, arrogant, and cold hearted. I had a bad experience when I was pregnant with my first baby and now I am pregnant again and will be switching offices for sure. Please avoid at all costs!!! You should go to the office where people genuinely care about your and your baby's well being. more

Womens Health First continues to call me via their automatic dialing system, reminding me of upcoming appointments and letting me know "my" lab results are in. Im not their patient... I've never been their patient. \r \r I'm a dude. \r \r I've requested 6 times now that they check their patient records, and remove my number from their automatic calling list - all to no avail. PROS: none CONS: Poor administration and irresponsible use of technology. more

The buffalo grove office is much better than the schaumburg office. The office staff seems to care a little bit more than the schaumburg office. The doctors are good, they seem to really have good information. I am not sure if I would recommend this practice to anyone because there have been times where I wanted to leave. I stay because I really like my doctors aid who helps me, if she had her own practice, I would go there without any questions asked. She really knows what she's doing. Maybe the only negative thing is that i've only seen my doctor once. I like more of a personal relationship with a doctor, especially one who has to know personal information about my body. more

the doctor was very pleasant, respectful and knowledgable. She, also, helped me to change my diet, and started me on vitamins and a work out routine. more

I have been a patient of dr Shevelev's for several years. She is always cordial and thorough in her exams. I trust her jugement and advice. It is always a pleasure to see her, especially in her new office in Wheeling. I highly recommend her. more

My wife used this gynecologist for the first 6 months of her pregnancy until we relocated. It is a group practice... so you can see a doctor even if your Gyn is not available if there is an emergency. You can get your lab work done in the same place which is great and very convinient during pregnany when you have a lot of lab work. The place is neat and well kept and the doctors are experienced. more
