The installers did an amazing job, clean, fast, and made it a point to make it perfect and would not leave untill they had compleeted. Best crew I have had in years, thanks. more

Outstanding quality and design 9/10/2012

Artistic Iron Works designed a courtyard door and matching yard gate for me. The design they came up with was better than I could have imagined for the price and the installation was perfect. Everyone who sees it comments on how beautiful it is. After this experience, I would recommend this business to anyone!! more

Side gate and fence are awesome 9/5/2012

Artistic Iron Works has now completed two different jobs for us; the first being a custom 12' RV gate and side gate, and the second being a fence and gate for our side yard. All the work is beautiful and they are quick to complete designs and build exactly what you need. Jimmy is a pleasure to work with and will get it right for you...we would highly recommend and have recommended them to many of our neighbors here. more

Artistic Iron didn't do what I wanted and expected them to do. 8/20/2012

I called Artistic Iron Works about replacing a rusted and deteriorated 70 foot section of the iron fence around our swimming pool. They sent "Dallas C." to give me an estimate. When we met, I told him that I wanted the replacement section to be exactly the same design as the original section. This was so it would look the same and would be considered as maintenance rather than new construction by our home-owners' association. Instead, Dallas came up with a significantly different design as to how the iron fence would be attached to the masonry wall base. Also, the new sections are bolted together rather than being welded together like the original fence. He never explained to me that he was planning to make these changes in the design. My rating does not apply to the two employees doing the actual installation. They seemed competent and did good work as far as I can tell. more

Great work, fair prices, and friendly staff 8/10/2012

Artistic Iron Works has done a few jobs throgh our property management company- Affirm Realty, and also for our personal home. The estimates are always thorough, they are quick to respond to any questions and really take the time to show you your options. I will keep Artistic Iron Works in my rolodex and definely will be a returning customer. Thanks guys! more

Excellent work, poor customer service. 8/3/2012

The quality of work was excellent, but customer service is lacking. For some reason discussing specifics of what you want is irritating to this company. Workers showed up to measure the gate without calling and were very loud, scheduling was last minute, and we had to go down to the showroom to look at samples. The person who installed the gate did a perfect job, but was obviously frustrated and unfriendly. I highly recommend their work, but the customer service is poor. more

Need better customer service skills 7/22/2012

Your installers need to learn to more professional, and how to talk to customers, they need to get an understanding of what a GFCI outlet is and when you plug in a hammer drill it can cause the GFI to trip, than get a attitude with me and tell me there's something wrong with the wiring. more

Fantastic Service and design 4/11/2012

We called Artistic Iron out for an estimate on an Entryway for our home.. The Salesman was very polite and professional and he was well prepared. Only problem was we could not make a decision so he had us meet at the there showroom to look at some products and designs.. WoW I must say that Showroom is impressive!! We where able to look and feel the product which helped in making a choice. When they came out to install, the Entry fit perfect and the design was perfect for our house. The 2 young men that installed it where very professional and respectful. Artistic Iron Works did a FANTASTIC job and I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Hard to find a company that will go far and beyond the sale to make me happy. They are worthy of a A+++ Rating in our book and my neighbors that referred Artistic to use where very please with there design and performance also. Capt more

They do not know how to measure,not care customer care..\r just try collect money even thouh bad and wrong\r job..\r please find other company...\r ARTISTIC IRON WORKS is the WORST!!\r If you are arguing with job, they just send 10 day notice -they do not care customer complaint.\r I will file complaint toBBB and nevada state contractor license board.\r Do not be a next victim more

DO NOT USE ARTISTIC IRON !!! 2/18/2012

This place has the worst customer service in Nevada. They are unfair to customers and do not deliver a quality product. As a matter of fact their product is very crappy. . The lady who answers their phones talks and acts like a bully in the third grade, very rude.There is another Iron store in town, please use them, they are much more fair and lower priced. Artistic Iron must not rip off the customer any longer. I am going to report them to the BBB. more

fair dealing? 10/28/2010

I recently inquired about a new stair railing job. I was quoted over $14000 plus tax for the job. I had already received a quote from the foremost railing company in Las vegas. When I told them they were over $5000 high, I was told they made a mathematical error and they would match the price. I had been told the price was $280 per foot and I had 50 ft.. Somehow my house shrunk? Profit is fine...trying to screw the client is something altogether different. Me or any of my friends will NEVER ever call this company again. FYI, I tried to call Artistic Iron about this and they would not return the call. Customer servie at it's finest! more

The One Shop For All Your Iron Work 7/29/2005

When I walked into the showroom, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted the gates and archway iron on my front porch to look like. One look at the MANY ideas and samples on display and I was back to the drawing board! During the whole purchase and ordering process the only trouble came when the welder making my pieces didn't follow the design that I had picked out and then tried to tell me that his design was better and what was my problem!!! The office manager took over and I had my gates done the way I wanted in 3 days. Aside from that one pissy guy, everything else was wonderful. There are almost too many ideas to choose from! PROS: The only limit to your design is your imagination!!! CONS: Know-It-All Craftsman more
