This was by far my favorite restaurant in NY at one point, but has sadly become less enjoyable. Surprisingly, however, as the food has become less enjoyable, the service (hostess and waitstaff) have become better. The seafood tower was once the best in town, now would not make anyone top 20 list. The wine list is still wonderful, lots of options and reasonable,(although not cheap) prices. Fondue is always a good bet. I still enjoy going for the cheese, the decor and the general ambiance, however, it unfortunately, has lost some of what had made it so great in the past.
