Arnolds worked hard on our project. Our new office turned out great, just as they told me it would. I was amazed at how great the furniture looked for pre-owned office furniture. Our staff is thrilled with the new upscale look our space has now, and I could not be happier with the low cost of this project as compared to the quotes I was getting for new furniture. The quality of the pre-owned furniture they set us up with is amazing compared to the products the new dealers were pushing on us for twice the price. We’d be happy to recommend you and your company to anyone setting up a new office … great deal! more

Working with Arnolds had been great. They have a range of very productive staff, all who work in a very professional manner, they created an atmosphere that turned what I was expecting to be a difficult and draining task, into a easy and comfortable experience.\r \r I had also taken the time to check around, and Arnolds prices were really attractive, especially considering the top-line manufacturers they carry. The furniture I bought at their store could easily have cost me double elsewhere, and quotations I obtained at similar prices offered far lower quality and features. I had thought their location wouldn’t be convenient, but in fact it was easy to find.\r \r I plan to return to their store as my company expands and I need additional furniture, and I would happily recommend Arnolds to anyone.\r more

It has been a great experience to deal with Arnolds. From working with their space planners on a furniture layout for my new offices, to picking out the furniture with Marilyn whose professional eye was really helpful, to their excellent, punctual and courteous installers, to the owner’s helpful follow-up—the entire experience transformed what I had expected to be a tedious chore into an enjoyable and learning experience. more

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! 1/16/2012

The installers were the best part of my experience with Arnold's. Once the sales person has the deal done and deposit, they drop out with no concern on how you are being treated and if the services promised are being delivered. The scheduler will promise you many different times they are coming through with the product and then do not deliver. I never did get my full order two weeks after the promised delivery. Canceled the rest of my order. Installers were fantastic and sorry for what we had to go through with the rest of the company. more

I just wanted to drop a note to say how pleased we were with the installers who delivered and assembled the furniture that we purchased for our new office space. They were friendly, willing to adjust the placement of the furniture and really hustled both days to get everything in and set up. EXCELLENT 7/15/2011

We have moved into our new space with 99% of the furniture supplied by Arnolds including 52 cubicles, 23 offices, 2 conference tables, 60 desk chairs, 50 guest chairs, 24 lateral file cabinets and a host of miscellaneous whiteboards, small tables, and a reception station. We have been very pleased with final product installed by your installers (who traveled from PA to complete the work). The furniture was far better than anything I found elsewhere, and the service they provided was great, even supporting the move by re-hanging some of our existing whiteboards from our old space. I dealt directly with the owner Jay Berkowitz, who went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely happy with the furniture and the installation. I have already recommended two associates to Arnolds, and would have no hesitations to recommended more. more

We sprung on you the possibility of a last-minute second delivery to another location and we very much appreciated the willingness to accommodate that request, if necessary.
