Review content:
The installers were the best part of my experience with Arnold's. Once the sales person has the deal done and deposit, they drop out with no concern on how you are being treated and if the services promised are being delivered. The scheduler will promise you many different times they are coming through with the product and then do not deliver. I never did get my full order two weeks after the promised delivery. Canceled the rest of my order. Installers were fantastic and sorry for what we had to go through with the rest of the company.
