Fantastic job in gutting and remodeling our master bath. Many helpful suggestions in design, where to find high quality fixtures and tile at an excellent value, and providing options for construction and finishing. Crew was dependable, timely, respectful, and very clean. Felt at ease having them in my home, whether we were present or not. Also felt comfortable in having them in our home, around my wife and children while I was not present. more

We wanted to replace windows and doors in our home because of their age and we wanted energy efficient windows. One window was a large arched picture window which we knew would be difficult to replace. Bi did a fantastic job on the entire window replacement project. We were so pleased with his work that we contracted with him to finish our basement into living space. Again, his work was outstanding and he stayed with the quoted price even though several changes were made as the work progressed. Bi is a man of his word. He is a very talented and trustworthy contractor which is so rare today! more

Our family has used Arnold and Sons for many years and have always been pleased and appreciated their work. They have remolded our kitchen, redid our bay window and many other projects in our home. We know no matter how large or small the project maybe it will always be done properly and at a high standard. more

We contracted with Arnold & Sons to complete a kitchen renovation as well as other home repairs. Overall, we feel the work was done well. They were very timely, even finishing the project ahead of schedule. The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. Even after the project was completed he has returned for all touch ups we have requested. more

Thanks for a job well done 10/6/2010

I had a huge mess when my dishwasher decided to keep filling and ruined my floor and ceiling in the basement!! I called a hand full of plumbers out of the yellow pages, but only 2 companies actually answered their phone. The fist company had some sort of answering service, who knew nothing about plumbing whatsoever! The second one was a nice gentleman, by the name of Scott who answered immediately and was standing in my doorway 15 minutes later!! Thanks All Seasons Plumbing & Heating for a job well done!!!! more

This is a great company. I called after midnight with water everywhere. I called Arnold & Sons and got a very polite woman at an answering service. 10 minutes later a person called me on the phone and 30 minutes later he shows up at my door. After looking over the problem he gave me pricing on several options to fix the problem. I agree that the prices seemed a high but I had him do the work. I could not have been more pleased! This person was polite, intelligent, sympathetic, and very much the professional. It took him about 2 hours to make the repair but he had everything he needed on the truck. When I went down to inspect the work he had done, he had already cleaned up to the point that it was difficult to tell that I had had a problem at all. Arnold's had earned by future business. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Pipe is a better quality 9/9/2010

had to remove and repalce paneling plus install new pipe. Pipe is a better quality that won't freeze because it does not accumulate water unless hose is attached outside. Paneling square had to be cut out an drepalced. It was done as well as possible in an older house. more

polite and professional 8/26/2010

My water heater went out late on Friday afternoon. I called the plumber I always use -- but they don't offer weekend service. I looked in the phone book, and found Arnold, where they advertise they'll do the job ANYTIME - weekends included - for the SAME price as they would during the week during business hours. The ad also stated they do work "by the job" - not by the hour. So - I called them. They called me back immediately - and were polite and professional. They quoted $1255 for a standard 40-gal water heater to be installed - replacing and removing my old one. They did good work - they came when they said they would be here - everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. more

Arnold Plumbing (Mark) did an excellent job. He not only provided the service I initially requested; but repaired / replaced several extra problems I was experiencing. Mark was very professional, answered all of my questions and offered explanations for problems with my plumbing; and cleaned up after himself. more

I will use them again 8/18/2010

We had a leak coming from the furnace area for a couple of days. I called Arnold and Sons and they were able to come out within 6 hours to look at it. The gentlemen were extremely professional and concerned with our home. They immediately put shoe covers on before walking on our floors or carpeting. They checked the furnace, water heater and a/c and determined the cause of the leak. This was done quickly and efficiently. Nothing else was needed and they were able to finish within 30 minutes. I will use them again and refer them to friends and family. more

Wonderful employee 8/13/2010

Today I had a new hot water heater installed in my home. I just wanted to write and tell you want a wonderful employee you have in kiel and his helper James. They were so professional and so sweet. I'm sure they will get a ribbing for my saying that, but they were. Today was the day it isced and they came to help into the house when I came home for lunch, as they slid down my hill driveway It isn't every day that you find young men willing to help an older lady the way they did. I guess I should say something about the wonderful job they did on my ater heater, but I knew kiel would when I met with him on Monday when he came to look at my old one. Please give them a pat on the for a good jobe done. You have two very valuable employees there. Hope you take very good care of them. It is wonderful to have hot water again! more
