I called after midnight with water everywhere. I called Arnold & Sons and got a very polite woman at an answering service. 10 minutes later a person called me on the phone and 30 minutes later he shows up at my door. After looking over the problem he gave me pricing on several options to fix the problem. I agree that the prices seemed a high but I had him do the work. I cound not have been more pleased! This person was polite, intelligent, sympathetic, and very much the professional. It took him about 2 hours to make the repair but he had everything he needed on the truck. When I went down to inspect the work he had done, he had already cleaned up to the point that it was difficult to tell that I had had a problem at all. Arnold's had earned by future business. I would recommend them to anyone. - Betty J
