My water heater went out late on Friday afternoon. I called the plumber I always use -- but they don't offer weekend service. I looked in the phone book, and found Arnold, where they advertise they'll do the job ANYTIME - weekends included - for the SAME price as they would during the week during business hours. The ad also stated they do work "by the job" - not by the hour. So - I called them. They called me back immediately - and were polite and professional. They quoted $1255 for a standard 40-gal water heater to be installed - replacing and removing my old one. They did good work - they came when they said they would be here - everything was done professionally and in a timely manner.
