My car failed its first smog cert, and I was very apprehensive about a possible huge repair bill. Thankfully, the problem was only a bad O2 sensor resulting in a reasonable charge.
In addition to the good news about my repair bill, I had the opportunity to learn firsthand of AVS' honesty and integrity. Employee Richard recovered some of my personal belongings I'd accidentally left in a car at the shop. Had it not been for his honesty, the resulting loss would likely have cost me dearly.
Every employee I've dealt with so far at AVS has been pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, and not only will I return, but I will share these experiences with my friends.
