I have been using Apria for several years now, first with Kisser and now with Heath Net. Never a good experience, they repeatedly failed to return my calls, difficult with making appointments. Apria made it very hard getting replacement equipment / parts. I have met with three different Apria representatives in house and of the three one was very pleasant and professional the others just acted like I was annoying them. The office area is dilapidated, the employees I met are a most unprofessional. I would go elsewhere but my insurance only uses them. In my option if you have a choice don’t use Apria, you will not be happy! I’m looking into changing my coverage during open enrolment this September.
