Great Service 3/4/2011

I've been to this Apple store 3-4 times since purchasing I-pods and I-phones. The people at the Genius Bar are SO helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I've never had anything less than superior service at this store. more

The Worst Apple Store Ever 10/28/2009

I love Apple products and stores however this store is an example of a great product being represented by awful retail drones. The 'Genius' I spoke with had little or no real experience. I could out smart him and I am not a tech person. I am a user of their products. The store seriously needs new management - I overheard a manager tell a customer that the damage on their laptop was not a normal wear and tear - clearly this almost perfect looking laptop damage (the screen) was a design flaw. Pros: The Cool Products Cons: Robots who work at the store more
