My company had a Christmas party at Annabelle's last year (2004) and it was a big success! People enjoyed the great service & nice atmosphere of their private dining room, which sits 30+ guests. Their taste buzz were especially pleased with varieties of Hors d oeuvres! Head Chef Matthew Lee and event coordinator Kristen Lewis did good jobs on designing menu, preparing the food and planning party details. The food portion was good and the cost was surprising reasonable. 
I highly recommend giving this place a try! Because downtown SF parking is usually a hassle, do some research ahead of time and provide parking lot info to your guesses will ensure them a good start for your party!
