all the vet techs are very accomodating,they treat otto with patience,care and respect-----even though he shakes like a leaf!!DR.B is very knowledgable and is not afraid to admit she doesn't know something,or has to research a topic more.overall she listens to my concerns and doesn't try to push me in a direction i'm not comfortable with more

The staff are always congenial and one can recognize that they do care about our pets which is a good thing. Dr.Bodolosky has been a great support to me in the chosen protocol for my cat who has faced some very challenging issues. Hopefully, and I am sure he will, continue to do well on his meds. The staff and Dr.B. provide the best service in this area and even though it is out of our area (Wayne County, Pa), we make the trip because it is worth our while as Dr. B. is very professional and knowledgeable and I do my homework via the internet before my visit, so I know! after having a visit that had to get cancelled in the middle due to an emergency (severely injured animal brought in), I was taken in immediately upon arrival and was apologized to repeatedly. That was so nice but really unnecessary. I would only hope if I was in that situation, she would do that for my animal also. They are always professional and thorough more

i find the staff and the doctor absolutely competent and extremely knowledgeable in any circumstance, i thoroughly trust my animals to them for all his needs and then some. and to make it even better they are all so sweet and the wait time is almost non existent! that makes for a happy animal and an easier visit for all! it doesn.t matter how busy they get they are always on top of their game and always pleasant to work with i do feel that for the region overall the prices are a bit high but the quality care is without question top notch! more

It is always pleasant to bring my dog to the Animal Hospital of Sullivan County. There are never too many dogs if any in the waiting room. There is no unpleasant odor. The receptionist knows us as soon as we arrive and the nurse that performs the preliminaries is efficient and friendly. The Vet finally comes in and takes care of business. Before departure there is a bit of a wait which I wish was more quickly performed. A good place. more

We have passed the high standards of accreditation for 26 years. Our exceptionally clean facility is located in the beautiful catskill mountains.We now offer Stem Cell therapy a natural method for curing pain.We have a state of the art digital x-ray system with an on call Radiologist. We can also send x-rays electronically to any specialist or provide a CD with x-ray records upon request. We have an Internal Medicine Specialist that comes to our location and performs ultrasounds. All of our patient data is computerized for complete medical history reviewed during each visit. We provide after hours emergency services for our clients seven days a week till 9 PM. We provide limited house calls. We have Pet Portals so that our clients can view records from home 24/7 365 days a year. We also have an online store for all your medications and food at comparable to on-line prices. We have an environmentally friendly animal crematory on premises. All individual cremations are $250.00 and all groups are $75.00 plus tax. We also have same day cremations and private viewing by appointment for an additional fee. WeCare financing no credit check with drivers licenses and debit card . We also accept Care Credit this is a great way to finance care for your loved pets over 6-12 months interest free.
