Terrible front counter service. Talk about attitude. Not too mention their pricing is 30% above anywhere else in New York. Dr B was very fake ( I say Dr B because I cannot spell her name or pronounce it ), tried to look interested but really the only think she seemed to care about is the money. Tried charging for all sorts of stupid things that were not necessary. The reason behind that was "We include it in in case it's needed." But if it's not they take it off the bill the just hope you don't notice and go ahead and pay. I have to say.... I nearly fell over when I saw the bill. Just glad I looked before I handed over my Credit Card information. My advice is to anyone looking at this practice... CHECK YOUR BILL. They charge you for things that are not even done to your pet. On a positive note... very clean facility.
