all the vet techs are very accomodating,they treat otto with patience,care and respect-----even though he shakes like a leaf!!DR.B is very knowledgable and is not afraid to admit she doesn't know something,or has to research a topic more.overall she listens to my concerns and doesn't try to push me in a direction i'm not comfortable with
