Well, the beginning of my experience with Amour Bridal got off to a good start. The staff was friendly and had a lot of patience when I was indecisive. I bought my veil from them, and dressed my husband's groomsmen and fathers through them. My veil was locked in a room when I went to pick it up. They couldn't find the keys... now, this wouldn't seem like a big deal if it had only happened once. Organization isn't a high priority with them. Then there was the tux debacle. My father (father of the bride) had his measurements taken by them, and three days before the wedding, went to pick up his tux. The pants were HUGE! At least 4 sizes too large. The staff immediately went from friendly to ""sorry, there's nothing we can do"" THREE days before my wedding. They refused to order the correct size, declaring it wouldn't get there in time (when they had initially offered me overnight service to begin with!)- so that was a big lie. They had already charged our card, so the best they were willing to do was give a 10% discount on that one tux. My family spent 1000s of dollars there and THAT was the best they could do- $15?????My father ended up having to pay for his tux rental through them, and go out and buy a pair of tux pants! I will never do business with them again. I will deter anyone I know from experiencing what I did while planning their wedding. It's their business and they still weren't willing to do anything for us. I guess word of mouth isn't that important to them. I've been married for over a year now and I still get upset when I think about it!
Pros: Friendly
Cons: Won't fix errors, charge$$$$
