One star for the chance to lower my loan payments. Hard time talking with them over the phone and there currently avoiding my Americiorps Education Award, so they give me and Americorps a run around! I don't trust anyone and whenever I try to contact management they avoid me completely and expect me to only have contact by mail. I believe we service each other and I'd like respect back. more

American Student Assistance sucks 2/24/2009

Since I graduated from college in 1992, I had never have a steady job, I always work six months or three months and then I got lay off. I called ASA to explain my situation, they had never listened. They take my income tax every year. They are sucks, they are not helping students. more
