They do good work 7/10/2018

We have been using Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. for about three years now. They took over for another company, and we continued to use them. We haven't called them out for repairs, but they come out and do our annual check-ups, and they do a fine job. It isn't really all that easy to set an appointment, but we continue to use them, so it really isn't all that bad either. They do come out when they say they will, and they perform the work in a timely and professional manner. more

Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning does preventative maintenance on a seasonal basis and they have for about ten years. They've also responded to a couple of emergency calls and were able to repair the problem quickly. They've never done anything wrong. The pricing is fair and they give good quality service. more

Professional and Fast 6/21/2018

We used Amazing Heating & Air for a home inspection while purchasing a house, and later hired them to complete the recommended work after we purchased the home. Throughout the entire experience we were impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. Scheduling the appointment was easy and our provider explained the work to us as it was being done to make sure we understood. We even saved some money because we signed up for the regular comfort care maintenance package. I would recommend Amazing Heating & Air to anyone looking for quality work. more

Installation of HVAC 6/5/2018

It was a pleasure to work with Amazing Heating and Air Conditioning staff. Namely, the Comfort Specialist (Mark Crooks). His explanation of various HVAC systems, their function, operation as well as the best system for our needs was clear and concise. His approach was professional and not overbearing. As for the technicians (Don and Bobby), they answered my various questions, before and after installing my system. They, too were very professional as well as friendly. Their removal and clean-up was great. With, all this said, I would recommend Amazing and give them a thumbs up. more

Excellent service 5/30/2018

My water heater broke right before holiday weekend. They managed to get a technician earlier than originally promised, who came quickly and did a good job explaining to me the situation. They came with the new heater bright early after the holiday and was very clean and efficient in installing the new heater. This is the second time I used them for emergency and they came through both time! more

The staff was able to identify the problem with my air conditioning unit and the repairman completed the job quickly and effectively. I'm quite satisfied with the service provided by Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning. They have done several things for us including getting our air conditioner working again, replacing the igniter for the furnace as well as some maintenance work. They respond promptly when I call and they fit us in quickly. Their technicians are careful and neat. They wear foot coverings when they enter so as not to get our space dirty. They are professional, efficient in the work they do. They're also friendly and nice. The pricing I feel is on par with others. Overall, I'm happy with them. more
