Fast Efficient 6/1/2017

I called on a Wednesday for someone to come out and look at my AC unit outside. They came Thursday and in 1hr I was back up and running. In that hour he diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot, he had the parts in his truck. Great service I would definitely us them again. more

Prompt, reliable service. 5/29/2017

I used Amazing last year for an HVAC emergency, in the hottest week of the summer. I was able to get service within 24 hours, and the work was done well, and at the right price. A year later, they came to inspect their work due to an unrelated issue, and I had the same good service. I would use them again. more

On time, courteous, and helpful 5/23/2017

I always have a great experience with Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning. I have used them for about two years and they have always done a great job. On their most recent visit, they installed a new air conditioning and heating system. There were no major problems with the installation and there have not been any issues since then. They have great customer service. Their technicians were on time, courteous, helpful, and overall pleasant to work with. The only issue I have is that their pricing is a little expensive. I will continue to use Amazing and recommend them to others. more

Great Checkup, Wonderful Employees! 5/11/2017

Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. installed my air conditioning system many years ago. They came out recently to preform a routine checkup on the system. The guy called right before he came just to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and did not mind me watching him over my shoulder since I am interested in these things. These machines are supposed to get looked out every so often. They did not find anything wrong with it but I am still very glad they came out. I wish all of our services were as customer friendly as Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning! You should definitely go with them for your heating and air servicing. more

Five Star Experience Across The Board 4/27/2017

I've been a loyal patron for several years. I have a contract with them, and they always make sure to call me in the spring and fall to schedule checkup appointments. The way they run their business is very streamlined, and it minimizes any issues in communicating with them and in the work they do. I have had minimal issues with the units they've repaired, but when I do need further work done, they are always responsive to me. I really appreciate their dependability and how easy they are to work with. more

Over all un-informative and useless 4/21/2017

We had just bought a new house and figure we should have the A/C serviced for ($400). Its been about a week. Our A/C was barely pushing any air out of any of the vents. We check the air filter, not only was it black it had rust spots on it. The side of the Unit was frozen due to the lack of air getting through the system. The wrote their notes on a piece of paper which we didn't sign the things mentioned on here with a price were in excess of $800 in parts which were not needed. I walked to ACE and got a $5$ air filter and let the system thaw overnight. Work fine now.. He did not mention anything about that being a major problem. I figured a "Service" meant they would actually perform some sort of work. He also failed to mention the overflow pump did not work either. Google what to check on your A/C unit for 3-5 service tips. Apparently that is worth $400 dollars. more

Quick to Respond and Schedule 4/19/2017

I really appreciate the service Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning provides. I like that when I call, I don't have to wait weeks for an appointment. It's always been an early appointment, within as few days of the call, and I appreciate that consistency. In the three years I have been with them, I have had no problems or concerns at all. Their technicians are all friendly, respectful, professional, and skilled. The year to year maintenance program they offer is reassuring for me and I know I can trust the work. This is a customer driven company and I absolutely recommend their service. more

The salesman at Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning was very knowledgeable, and their installers were very professional. I've got their service contract, and the people they send out--I don't know what they do as far as screening--you'd want those employees representing the company if you were its president. And they did a good job with the routine maintenance. more

Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job. They had to come back and undo something that went wrong, but they came back immediately and did it for free! I really appreciated that. Their service was excellent and they were very friendly. I appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful they were as well. Overall, great work! more

Amazing Heating & Air were great. They were just very responsive to phone calls and emails, and explained all the different steps of what the process would be. They installed an air conditioner and furnace for us. They helped us find a unit at a reasonable cost, and were able to do everything in a timely manner! We've used them for general maintenance before, but not for an installation. They did a great job. more

Expeditious service 1/24/2017

Amazing Heating & Air were here on time to do a regular service maintenance. They worked continuously and did a good job job, were very neat, and cleaned up after themselves. I've been using them for years, they're a very reliable company. They installed a heat pump about ten years go and maintain it. Their communication is usually very good. I would recommend Amazing Heating & Air. I was very pleased with their service, they did it expeditiously! more

The folks over at Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning are a friendly group of people. They've been servicing my building for the past 6-8 years and they are a good supplier for my HVAC needs. But I'm just not crazy about them. Their pricing is good on the install of new equipment, but their repair service has a lot of room for improvement. I was having problems with HVAC heat pumps. They've been trying to fix things, but I'm still getting leaks. They're a good HVAC supplier, so I'm always torn when I have problems with their service. more

Amazing Heating & Air are always on time, always available when I need them. I don't need to alter my schedule to much to have them come to the house. They're very convenient. They installed a brand new furnace for me. Quick convenience, at a reasonable rate. The unit has been working perfectly. I would absolutely recommend them. I know if I'd call them, they'll be right there. Customer service is great, they're extremely convenient. more

Excellent company, did great work 12/28/2016

I thought the work from Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc was amazing. I had them do an install of a new A/C unit in a condo that was being rented out, and though I have not seen the work myself, I have heard from the tenant that it seems to be working well. I have used Amazing Heating & Air a couple times now for similar services and I have been generally pleased with the work they have done, I will continue to use them for similar services, and I highly recommend them. more

What I really like about the people over at Amazing Heating & Air Conditioning is that they are very customer oriented. They come out on time, and they actually give you a discount if you get their service plan which is cool. The service plan more than pays with itself because the discount is so good. The technicians that come out are very friendly and knowledgeable as well which makes them really easy to work with. They do a great job every time and I have never had an issue with their service. more
