Patrick Bransen was the salesperson I've dealt with and he was a bit spaced out most of the time. He knew a lot of the amenities about the cars on the lot; not so much anything useful on automotive technology. What he doesn't know he admits... this is a good thing. The sales manager Wilfredo Merced although a nice guy failed to deliver at least 3 promises; I fault myself for not having him place this in writing. Confronted with why he failed to deliver it's always an excuse on why someone else was at fault (e.g., the transport company was delayed, UPS is behind schedule, etc.). This attitude was epidemic, a woman at accounting blamed sales for not delivering things and deferred complaints to sales; isn't the dealership supposed to work as a team to assist the customer with purchasing? Overall, I would not recommend anyone in Southern California or anywhere else to visit this dealership. This crew at this dealership may be friendly but IMHO they're one of the most incompetent in the industry.
