Horrible experience, getting what was their mistake tossed in my face, as well as stating a 75 dollar charge for a haircut that comes with the extensions they place. Was told the only ""refund"" I could get was a 100 gift card. I paid 800 for hair that I cannot wear! Get your extensions somewhere else. My scalp is still sore and I have missing hair from the ones they put in. Too many c lustered together.Save your money! more

The staff is very professional and friendly. It seems to be a very fun and cooperative working environment. The salon is neat and clean, always trend setting. more

I have been to many salons in my time and this was by far the best experience I have ever had! If you are looking for for someone to offer suggestions for your hair and really listen to your needs then I would highly recommend Jennifer Holmes. She went over and beyond and really made me feel like a million bucks! more

I have never been happier. After sitting down with the owner Cynthia, and expressing to her my concerns about my hair (or shall I say the lack of), she expressed to me that extensions would be the best option. Not sure of what to expect, I decided to go ahead and do them, and it has been the best decision of my life. I now have fuller, sexier hair than I have ever had in my entire life. When I came home, my husband was so impressed with the placement, the natural look that was created, and how beautiful I looked. He said he thought he was cheating on me, as he has never seen my hair look this way during our 15 years of marriage. Thank you all again, your salon is amazing and you are the best. Can't wait till we do them again. more

I was very happy to find a nice place to go to after having a really bad experience at that terrible Linh salon on the dominion exit. That place made me feel rushed and unwelcomed. Alta moda was a terrific experience. You guys truly are professionals and understand the meaning of customer service. I felt so pampered and will be back very soon. I am the type of woman who doesnt mind paying for greatness, however if you treat me badly, I complain to no end. I will tell all of my girlfriends in my neighborhood about how special this salon is. Great staff! Great customer service! Now this is a salon! Obviously great management! more

All I can say is Thank you. Thank you for making my hair look great, thank you for the exceptional customer service, and the best shampoo in the world. Everyone here is so sweet and kind, and the place is just fabulous. If you are looking for a new salon, or wonderful products, then this is the place for you. i've been here multiple times and always forget my oppurtinity to write a review! this place is beautiful, clean, and i know when i ask questions, im going to get an exceptional response. all of their staff were paul mitchell trainers at the school, and i mean, come on, if you cant trust TEACHERS of 100's of students a year, then you already have the wrong attitude. these girls (the ones i particularly go to) love their career path, and take great pride in it. When i go, i make an appointment with one person, ethier abby, tyler or vikky, for color. the bestpart is, not only do i get one stylist, sometimes i get all three. (not all doing my hair, just at least around, and interested in what the others are doing)..they are wonderful, friendly, and outgoing stylists, which have worked together for years. why would i not trust good friends if they didnt trust eachother? My color has always come out beautiful! they leave the formula that we use and i know to expect the same thing everytime, if not better by doing something a little different by suggestion of their knowledge. They have a 7 day policy that if for some reason something is alittle off or my lighting at home is different to my eye, you can come back and have it fixed or redone for free. I think that is fair enough! i know we all don't have holagen bulbs, or live in a cave like i do! i like that i can go back and not feel dumb, or discouraged by them, unlike other salons i feel talked down to, or silly for asking a question. Try these girls out! or at least the salon! You'll love it, i guarantee it 100%. Oh yes, and BEST shampoo ever, by the guys in the back, best shampoo bowls, best massage. try those guys out!!! :) more

After reading the reviews of this wonderful establishment, I had to give it a try and see if they could live up to the expectations and reviews that they had received. All I can say is that if you are in need of some desperate help with your hair, then this is the place that you need to run too! Color prices are exceptional for the quality of work that you will receive. Thank you all for fixing up the mess that I had created for myself. more

Very Snobby and not worth the Money...you can get the same services somewhere else for less I was not impressed with my $450 highlite..geeez more
