i've been here multiple times and always forget my oppurtinity to write a review! this place is beautiful, clean, and i know when i ask questions, im going to get an exceptional response. all of their staff were paul mitchell trainers at the school, and i mean, come on, if you cant trust TEACHERS of 100's of students a year, then you already have the wrong attitude. these girls (the ones i particularly go to) love their career path, and take great pride in it.
When i go, i make an appointment with one person, ethier abby, tyler or vikky, for color. the bestpart is, not only do i get one stylist, sometimes i get all three. (not all doing my hair, just at least around, and interested in what the others are doing)..they are wonderful, friendly, and outgoing stylists, which have worked together for years. why would i not trust good friends if they didnt trust eachother?
My color has always come out beautiful! they leave the formula that we use and i know to expect the same thing everytime, if not better by doing something a little different by suggestion of their knowledge.
They have a 7 day policy that if for some reason something is alittle off or my lighting at home is different to my eye, you can come back and have it fixed or redone for free. I think that is fair enough! i know we all don't have holagen bulbs, or live in a cave like i do!
i like that i can go back and not feel dumb, or discouraged by them, unlike other salons i feel talked down to, or silly for asking a question.
Try these girls out! or at least the salon! You'll love it, i guarantee it 100%.
Oh yes, and BEST shampoo ever, by the guys in the back, best shampoo bowls, best massage. try those guys out!!! :)
