Wonderful Moving Business!!! 1/23/2012

The movers were on time, had great mindsets and were extremely simple to collaborate with and connect with. Allstate Van Lines dealt with all my stuff by having recognition and everything is in my new spot in the same condition it was in my last place. I just can't even state that concerning the times I've shifted MYSELF. They had no complication carting my stuff up to a 3rd flooring walk up with a town-house type stairwell. more

Superb, Efficient Support 12/1/2011

I wish to thank you for the wonderful support Allstate Van Lines ship to our move earlier this weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did a fantastic job packing up a large number of plastic bins and boxes, a huge selection of plastic bags of clothing along with car seats and strollers, in a organized fashion generating the transition to your new location easier. I am unable to even imagine the way you could have done it without their support and yours. more

Very satisfied with the actual moving team! 11/30/2011

We had a short move from a downtown apartment to midtown. We chose Allstate Van Lines in Eugene because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the lowest priced we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything humanly possible to protect our stuff. I was shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We had minor damage to our bed, so when I pointed it out to them, they offered to pay the entire expense of the repair, well beyond what we were insured for. The harm was so minor, and really beyond what they can control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. If we have to move again, we are using Allstate Van Lines. more

They're fast as well as professional! 11/30/2011

I heard a lot of stories from my friends about movers, coming into this move I had been very doubtful about everything, but from the second these guys started working it was like watching art in progress, everybody did their job in amazing coordination. I had been tired only from watching them. Allstate Van Lines is a great company and I will never move with every other company. more

Superb, Efficient Company 11/1/2011

I moved my business in Eugene to a different location. I had many valuables that were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous works of art that were irreplaceable. I had heard about Allstate Van Lines and decided to call them to get an estimate. I was greeted by a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of Allstate Van Lines excellent degree of service, as I was very nervous with all the expensive items I had to maneuver. Every piece was moved without a scratch on it. The movers knew just how to wrap and pack each item. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what might have been a very stressful experience, into among the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be utilising them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them. more

Most Fantastic Mover 10/26/2011

The service at Allstate Van Lines is flawless, they arrived promptly, took great care with my belongings, were polite and friendly, and as if all of that isn’t enough, I even got free boxes!. I was so nervous about moving however their impeccable service calmed me and that i felt at ease through the entire moving process, from the moment I spoke towards the friendly and knowledgeable sales representative, to the time I paid precisely the estimated price. I now recommend them to anyone who I hear is moving. more

Fantastic Moving Business!!! 10/26/2011

I did a lot of online investigation into well-rated Eugene moving companies and known as a number of movers for quotes. Allstate Van Lines provided the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The three movers were promptly, very professional, and very helpful. They completed my move to a new studio in lust a couple of hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The charge at the end of the move was as agreed upon, although there were a couple additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for that couch and a bag for the chair. Overall, Allstate Van Lines made moving day manageable. Five stars and that i would definitely recommend them. more

Recently i hired Allstate Van Lines to help me with my move. They provided a stressful experience smooth and simple. The first thing that impressed me about Allstate Van Lines, is that the owner, personally came to my apartment to make the estimate. In all the years of living in Eugene and all the moves I've made, it was the first time that the owners has taken the time and care to can even make sure I was being taken care of. The day of my move, the men who came to move me were so wonderful. They were polite and courteous and were extremely careful with all of my belongings. Not only was the move quick and painless, but the estimate I was given held true after the move. I have already recommended Manor to many of my friends and coworkers and that i will use them myself on my next move. You really can't go wrong with this company! more

Reputable as well as economical 10/23/2011

Because of Angel & his colleague, my moving day was smooth. I had Starving Students scheduled each morning, but the quote given over the phone was absolutely different than the main one when they came over. So, I allow them to go. My friend referred me to Allstate Van Lines and they scheduled the move for a similar day and there was no surprises if this came to prices. Movers were Fast and they didn't take a break before job was done (5 hours later). They did not complain about the broken elevator or uncomfortable location to load and unload. They professionally protected all items. Being a realtor I will definitely recommend them to my clients. more

Far better Then any other vendor We used 10/22/2011

When my mother decided to move from Eugene to Los angeles, I decided to use Allstate Van Lines. I had moved earlier from Bay area and had great service from their store. As with my previous move, Allstate Van Lines sent an excellent team of workers. Jesus and his crew carefully wrapped my mother’s furniture and possessions. Once they arrived with her items, I was happy to see that Jesus and his awesome crew were going to unload her things. It had just rained very hard and they took extra measures to insure that doesn't only were her items moved in carefully but additionally that her floors were protected as they walked through her new house. Anyone who is looking for good people who care about your belongings should consider Allstate Van Lines. My mother and i also truly appreciate their extra efforts and professional discover how! more

Good Movers 7/8/2011

I moved in last week with Allstate Van Lines. The phone experience was straightforward and logical and I felt reassured by the sales person that I was in good hands. On moving day the crew arrived on time and the foreman walked through my apartment with me to check all the details he had in his notes and he gave me confidence. He was calm and softly spoken and all his crew spoke good English and understood what needed to be done. The move went much faster than I thought and everything was set up in the new apartment really quickly. Price wise it was in the middle of the other quotes I got. more

Definitely recommend to others! 6/25/2011

We used Allstate Van Lines movers for the past 9 years. Their packers were and quick and very careful. I used them to pack my 5 bedroom home and I thought it would take them at least 10 hours. They were done in 6 hours with 2 packers. Allstate Van Lines moving crew and also top notch. Movers were running 15 minutes late and called me to let me know that they were stuck in traffic. When you are packed, they really can pack the van quickly. I highly recommend Allstate Van Lines movers in Eugene! more

I recently hired two of your men to help me unload my moving truck. Not only did you supply them to me on the spur of the moment but they were excellent and polite workers for me willing to do whatever I needed done. They were also very careful with my furniture. I moved last month with Allstate Van Lines and it was a fantastic moving experience. The crew of four was fast and efficient and did not damage anything. They were very professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival. It is very useful for long distance movers. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. I was impressed and would definitely recommend Allstate Van Lines! more

To good to be true? 4/13/2011

I have never moved with Allstate so I do not have an opinion on the service they provide. But while looking for reviews of movers I came across these reviews. I looked at many business reviews in my day but to see 23 in such a short amount of time that are all 5 stars and all are such glowing recomendations it raises red flags. Could it truly be that a business could not have a marginal day? Maybe a 4 star move soemtime? If you look at each reviewers profile you will see no other postings. And there are many similer wording and formats to the postings like maybe the same..... No. They would not do that. Would they? I am not making accusations but suggesting that anyone reading these reviews look closely at these posting and decide for yourself if there is something .....off about this. more

Great service 3/21/2011

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! I highly recommend. more

A job well done 3/17/2011

The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. I was also impressed with how well they worked with the doormen at the apartment buildings. I strongly recommend this company to anyone moving. more
