Allred Tree Svc

I got a prompt response for the estimate, and Desmond said he would be there the next day around noon to cut the tree down, well noon came and went, I called the number and left voice messages 5 times and at 8pm he called back and gave a lame excuse. This was on a Friday and he said he would come on Monday to do the job, I told him if he wanted the job to be there on Saturday, he showed on Saturday and cut the tree, and never apologized for the inconvenience he out me through on Friday, also did not discount any off the price of the job. The removal of the tree went well and they cleaned up any mess they made, The stump removal he had for the job took another 5 days to come out and remove the stump. All said and done now, Ive got the jobs done, just not satisfied with the service.. more

After Ike knocked an 80' pine on our house, I called Alred and they had the tree off in a couple of days. It took a crane and a crew- and we didn't have the $3k in my back pocket for this unexpected little expense (which I found out was actually a good deal!). more

I hired this service because they said they were insured in case something happened while removing a large pine tree from between my house and a close neighbor. They did good work on the tree removal and the trimming, however in the process they broke the lines of my sprinkler system by dropping large tree sections on my sprinker line from a height of 30 or 40 ft. I left time right after the work was done and came home to a huge water bill and a flooded back yard. The yard man found where the line was broken directly below the tree and turned off the water. I called Allred serveral times and they never even returned my calls. While their work is good, I would be aware that they probably will not honor their promise to make good any damage should it occur. more
