All Pro School Pictures

The service here was terrible. My school made an automatic appointment originally. I was sent a notification with the phone number and address. The date didn't work for me, so I just called to change it. However, when I rescheduled they failed to tell me that they have two office locations and that I was supposed to go to a different address than that on the notification I was sent. I drove about 20 miles out of my way before calling for direction help and finding that I had to go in the complete opposite way. After finding them and taking the pictures, they had me schedule an appointment to choose the one I wanted in the yearbook. They didn't tell me I needed a parent with me for this appointment and refused to let me pick out my own yearbook picture because I'm seventeen. My friend was also there that day and was allowed to sign for his own pictures (He's sixteen). I have to make another trip back to the studio with a parent signature. I thought the whole experience was frustrating and inconvenient. more

They took my pictures so fast and they all came out awful. They didnt even try to make me smile or look my best. They made me feel very uncomfortable. Pros: Fast service Cons: Bad pictures, rude staff. more

I sent my daughter with 49.95 to pick up a photo for my sons graduation party. He did not graduate from the school he had the pictures taken at. I explained the situation I was told sure I could get the yearbook photo. No problems, I won't have to take names as why would they deny me this, it was even okay that my daughter pick it up. They told her no one ordered one. I was at school so had to stop by after school to get it. I was told I could only get the cap and gown as they don't sell packets and I have to have the persons name I dealt with, why would I want a cap and gown from a school he didn't graduate from, we moved in the middle of his senior year? Needless to say I was left without a professional picture for the party. Amazingly I got one that was fabulous the morning of and didn't pay 49.95. Professional etiquette needs to be taught and practiced here. Pros: none Cons: to many to list more

The personnel at Lou Coopey Photography studio were friendly, professional and informative. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, the pictures were high quality and the prices were reasonable. We went to get my daughters yearbook picture taken and they gave us the proofs of the pictures she had to choose between. My daughter choose the picture she wanted in the yearbook and they informed us we had to come back for another appointment to give them our choice. We live quite a distance from their studio and I told them I did not want to come back again. They would not budge and said that they couldnt guarantee what would end up in the yearbook if we didn't come back. My daughter was very upset. This is was her senior year! I realize that they have a living to make however we were very adamant of the fact that we did not want to purchase more photos. I know thats why they wanted us to come back. They were very rude and I wouldn't do business with them or recommend them to anyone! Cons: They are very hard to deal with! more
