I sent my daughter with 49.95 to pick up a photo for my sons graduation party. He did not graduate from the school he had the pictures taken at. I explained the situation I was told sure I could get the yearbook photo. No problems, I won't have to take names as why would they deny me this, it was even okay that my daughter pick it up. They told her no one ordered one. I was at school so had to stop by after school to get it. I was told I could only get the cap and gown as they don't sell packets and I have to have the persons name I dealt with, why would I want a cap and gown from a school he didn't graduate from, we moved in the middle of his senior year? Needless to say I was left without a professional picture for the party. Amazingly I got one that was fabulous the morning of and didn't pay 49.95. Professional etiquette needs to be taught and practiced here.
