Review content:
The service here was terrible. My school made an automatic appointment originally. I was sent a notification with the phone number and address. The date didn't work for me, so I just called to change it. However, when I rescheduled they failed to tell me that they have two office locations and that I was supposed to go to a different address than that on the notification I was sent. I drove about 20 miles out of my way before calling for direction help and finding that I had to go in the complete opposite way. After finding them and taking the pictures, they had me schedule an appointment to choose the one I wanted in the yearbook. They didn't tell me I needed a parent with me for this appointment and refused to let me pick out my own yearbook picture because I'm seventeen. My friend was also there that day and was allowed to sign for his own pictures (He's sixteen). I have to make another trip back to the studio with a parent signature. I thought the whole experience was frustrating and inconvenient.
