Do not use this appliance repair service. I chose them because they only charge $24.00 to come out. The tech tried to work on my dishwasher by unclogging it then made the clog worse. Then he said it needed a pump. I was going to use them again to put in the pump but when I saw how much worse he made the clog I decided to go with another dishwasher repair service. Not only did he make the clog worse but he misdiagnosed the problem. I wanted to get a refund for the poor service provided but no one responded to my phone call. Horrible experience.
