Bad service not worth the over pricing. You DO NOT get what you pay for here. I wanted basic services and after asking a few times for a basic hair cut and color, I walked out without the color or hair cut right. Not just by a bit either, everything was not right at all. I could have sucked it up and dealt with it, but then I saw my bill! I was shocked what I paid, compared to what I got. Hundreds of dollars for two people, basic services that weren't even done correctly. Save your money and go to a spa that has people working there that know what they are doing. Find a place that is worth that money, because this one isn't. more

Always a great experience here 5/1/2010

Rose cuts and gives me foil highlights/ lowlights/. I have (very) long hair-I am usually there for 3 hours, I actually feel bad that she has to spend sooo much time on me. She always helps me to pick the colors that will look best on me and is always very pleasant, gets me coffee etc.. This is a great spa! more

The Only Place for Me 9/29/2009

I have been a fan and client of Alexanders for more than 10 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the services are just what you need! It's the only place I go for massages! The newly renovated building offers two levels of care, top of the line products, and the pampering you need. Rooms are comfortable and relaxing and the 'Relaxation Room' does just that! Enjoy a refreshing lemon-scented water or relax with a glass of wine. They offer what you need! more

You'll love it 5/27/2008

I have been going to Alexander's for years and I would never go anywhere else. The receptionists and the operators could not be any sweeter or more accommodating! I can't believe these reviews! Maybe they are just from the competition because no other place can compare. Pros: beautiful atmosphere, very central Cons: PARKING! more

Obnoxiously rude staff, Poor customer service, Avoid all together 10/22/2006

Held a party there. What was promised was not delivered. Reception staff was extremely rude. My party waited in the reception area, rather than being ""pampered"" in their special affair lounge. Missed out on future business opportunities from several prospective clients. Very Very disappointed. If you're still reading this than you deserve to be ripped off and insulted as well. Terrible Customer Service 9/16/2006

This Day Spa has an absolute gorgeous decor however, the decor does NOT speak for the receptionists that works at Alexander's. I have had several bad experiences with the MANAGER and some of the front desk employees'....they have been rude and obnoxious to me on several different occasions. Being rude while trying to schedule an appointment just doesn't settle well with me especially when I am the one who is paying the company for their ""beauty and wellness"". Therefore, I will not go back there again! more

Wonderful Day of relaxation 9/10/2006

I recently had my first spa experience at Alexander's. They were very friendly and professional. I was given a Day at the spa as a gift. Since this was my first time at a spa, I was somewhat nervous. The staff made me feel welcome and very comfortable. All of the services, I recieved were wonderful. The massage was my favorite. I hope I get another gift like this soon. It truly was a day to relax. more

Very Pleased 5/23/2006

Alexander's is unlike any other Spa I have visited in this area. Immediately after walking in, I was taken back by how beautiful it is. They have a variety of spa services to choose from. I enjoyed The Ultimate Day at the Spa package...it was a taste of everything they have to offer and worth every cent. They even feed your meter for you if you are parked on the street! I will be returning to Alexander's. Pros: variety of services, welcoming, knowledgable more

Relaxation at its BEST!! 5/21/2006

I recently visited Alexander's Salon and Day Spa for a day of relaxation. I was so impressed by the services I was given. One of my treatments included the HOT STONE MASSAGE. It was amazing. The massage therapists are well trained and very professional. Alexander's takes relaxation to a new level with the atmosphere in therapy room. I was totally relaxed listening to the sound of a gentle water fall on the wall and the music. I highly recommend Alexanders to anyone looking for a truly relaxing experience. more

Poor service 2/24/2005

I just would like to say that the service at this salon is terrible. The people are rude and treat people like outsiders. One women who was extremely rude is the receptionist and I will no longer go to this establishment because of this woman. She has a bad reputation, too. more
