Held a party there. What was promised was not delivered. Reception staff was extremely rude. My party waited in the reception area, rather than being ""pampered"" in their special affair lounge. Missed out on future business opportunities from several prospective clients. Very Very disappointed. If you're still reading this than you deserve to be ripped off and insulted as well.
