Scheduled thru Home Depot. Scott was the estimater. He was on time, very professional, and easy to understand. He made sure I understood the bidding, and installation process. I was very happy with the estimate, and the process. more

Do wish you would send reminders every four months for our free 3 check-ups per year. Also, need to remember scheduling for our free drain and water tank flush check ups. more

Air conditioner tune up for home I recently purchased 9/26/2015

Donn came out on the service call and answered all my questions since I have no history on the unit. His recommendations were fully explained (with pictures) which I had him perform the recommended services and I feel much more informed and am happy to have an ongoing service provider I can count on. more

Representative at Home Depot (Tempe) & office staff good 9/20/2015

Your sales representative at the Home Depot (Tempe, AZ) and your office staff were accommodating and excellent! I had to change my original appointment on 9/19/2015 at 8:00am to the afternoon at 3:00PM with a 3 hour window (at the suggestion of your office staff. The change was due to an unexpected work delay. This change was completed on 9/18/2015. I even confirmed the change with office staff on 9/18/2015. I never received a 30 minute arrival notification and never heard from the technician. The technician never arrived or called. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to getting this none. John B more

I have used this company for 14 years for my HVAC needs. They are prompt, reliable, professional and fair. I have always been well pleased. My air went out at seven p.m. on a hot Friday night this summer. They had me up and running by nine p.m. You can't ask for better service. more

Problem was diagnosed quickly and repair done efficiently and options for extended maintenance were a little pricey but felt the benefit out weighed the cost. 9/12/2015

a/c units tune-up 9/10/2015

I thought the guys were here to tune up the a/c units and not just assess what needs to be done. We paid them $78. . I thought maybe they would contact us to schedule a return appointment. Maybe I am wrong. Maybe I was supposed to contact them. However, my husband & I decided at this time just to fix the issues that exist. Thank you more

Rip Off 9/9/2015

Your service person was exceptional however having the nerve to charge $242 for a capacitor available on Amazon for $18.29 borders on criminal activity. I would have been happy to pay a reasonable service charge and fair price in parts but paying $400 for 20 min work is more that my son the orange county attorney charges! So bottom line is that when it comes to any future HVAC work both your company and Home Depot will be the very last place Ill look. and BTW since I did have the choice of declining the work, I wont bother posting on Yelp even though I am still frustrated. Thanks for asking my opinion more
