I did not feel your service guy was here to serve me. He was in a hurry, wasn't at the furnace for more than 2 minutes, try several sales pitches with arrogance, didn't change the dirty filter or tell me it needed changing, and finally, the last straw, he said I should do my next service call in May after my contract ended. What's wrong with late April while I am still on contract?? On top of that, he told me only Alaskan can do my service or the warranty for labor will be voided. Really????
