They rolled in On Time. Did great work even in the direct sun in 100+ weather. Clean neat worksite on departure. Highly recommend them to any Bartlesville customer needing work.

Joshua was here when he sid he would be here. He was extremely professional and super courteous. He also was able to answer all my question about what and why he was doing wht he was doing. He had my unit up and running in a timely manner. He was such a great service man. Your company should be proud to have someone like Josh representing your business. Give him a raise!!!! more

Excellent Service Technician, but Office Personnel Should be More Informative 6/27/2016

We had issues with our AC unit late in the evening. We called Airco, got a prompt return call, and we asked to just be added to the list for the next day since it was so late at the time of our call. The next day, we were called by Airco office staff at 2:47, and told they were on their way, but they didn't show up as quickly as they had told us. After waiting for over an hour for them to show, we called the office, only to be told they "were called out on an emergency." Mind you, we're not mad that they were delayed (I have worked in high stressed offices for years), but the fact that the office personnel never bothered to call us back to update us and explain they were delayed after telling us they were on their way...it's rude and unprofessional on their part, and regardless of how busy they may be, the least they could have done is take less than a minute to call and let us know. We were very thankful for the responding technician, Jerad. His hard work was very appreciated, and he was able to find our issue very quickly and took care of it in a timely fashion. He was very professional and friendly, and we were very pleased with his work. We like Jerad a lot. If everyone at Airco were as professional as he is, they would have consistently 5-star reviews. more

If you need A/C service - at this time I could not recommend AIRCO 5/1/2013

If you need A/C service - at this time I could not recommend AIRCO. I recently purchased two new central A/C units at a cost of $4995 from AIRCO. They installed them about a month ago - the first time we went to use them was this week as the weather began to warm up. Two of the units were really having problems and not cooling, so we called in Airco - they said that my 4 ton AC is installed on the 2.5 ton condensor and the 2.5 ton AC is installed on the 4 ton condensor. Figuring they were the professionals that installed them and made sure they would operate correctly - they would correct the issue without a second thought - - wrong.....!!! They gave me an estimate of $1431 to return and correct the issue they should have taken notice of when they installed the units and installed them correctly - They are professionals - but not at making sure the work they do is done correctly and but rather going out of thier way to try to make a buck even on their mistakes! more

I've used them for several years and their friendly, skilled professionals always do the job right. This year I bought a new a/c furnace combo unit from them and they did an excellent job from hauling away the old unit to installing the new. I feel very good about recommending them to others. more

Average service/High prices 3/17/2006

I hired this co for two projects. I like the fact that they're punctual. The service however is okay. The real problem is that they charge a lot and it looks like there's no transparency or consistency when it comes to pricing. The worker that comes out usually quotes a labor price per hour that is different from the one quoted over the phone. The invoices are never itemized or clear when parts have been replaced which leads me to concluded this is the way they do business because they don't want to be open about their cost and their profit margins which might be outrageous in some cases. I will use them for small jobs and require detailed invoices in advance. more

super company 8/19/2005

We have used this company 2 years in a row. They are very nice people over the phone and even in person. They recharge our air unit and it works great after they are done. They also put out coupons so you can save money even though their prices are not bad at all. we have been very happy with them and will continue to use them for years to come! more
