We had issues with our AC unit late in the evening. We called Airco, got a prompt return call, and we asked to just be added to the list for the next day since it was so late at the time of our call. The next day, we were called by Airco office staff at 2:47, and told they were on their way, but they didn't show up as quickly as they had told us. After waiting for over an hour for them to show, we called the office, only to be told they "were called out on an emergency." Mind you, we're not mad that they were delayed (I have worked in high stressed offices for years), but the fact that the office personnel never bothered to call us back to update us and explain they were delayed after telling us they were on their way...it's rude and unprofessional on their part, and regardless of how busy they may be, the least they could have done is take less than a minute to call and let us know.
We were very thankful for the responding technician, Jerad. His hard work was very appreciated, and he was able to find our issue very quickly and took care of it in a timely fashion. He was very professional and friendly, and we were very pleased with his work. We like Jerad a lot. If everyone at Airco were as professional as he is, they would have consistently 5-star reviews.
