Very pleased 3/27/2014

Air Depot installed a new unit and it turned out good. They first brought in a damaged unit but they were good about coming back and replacing it. The only problem I had was that the two guys that came to do the work left a lot of trash behind. They didn't clean up after themselves. more

Good listeners 2/27/2014

I was there before Air Depot bought out the company and I've been with them ever since, so, about fifteen years now. They have completely replaced two systems in our house. I like the peace of mind in knowing that if something happens, I can call them. W. Harris more

Always an excellent relationship with Air Depot- will continue to use them! 4/5/2013

I've used Air Depot for many years. They are very reliable and on time. They always contact us to give us an estimate for when they will show up and they do show up on time. They are always very efficient and never do more than they need to do as far as finding problems. I respect their decisions. I have a maintenance contract with Air Depot which is very economical. I'm very happy with them and recommend them! more

Very positive 2/11/2013

I had a good experience with Air Depot. This was true from a sales standpoint. They also did a decent job installing the system. I wish they had talked more to me about balancing the system. more

New System Install 2/8/2013

I had a new system installed. I know I could have received a new system for cheaper from someone else, but so much of the system depends on quality installation and labor. I felt comfortable with Air Depot's qualifications and I was not disappointed. more

They installed an air conditioner for me. They did great, I had no problems with them at all. They were wonderful. I called them and told them they have the greatest group I've ever seen installing air conditioners. more

They were very accomodating to assist in an emergcancy situation 8/20/2012

My air conditioner went out on a Friday, and Air Depot were very accommodating to assist me in an emergency need situation. They got somebody out to make repairs and when it was apparent that the repairs were going to be too costly, they got a guy out the same Friday to estimate the cost of a new unit. They got that rolling on Monday and put the new unit in with minimum inconvenience. The work was very good and they were very professional, the man that did the air conditioning sizing for the new experience was very knowledgeable, same with the people that did the installation. more

Good experience. 6/27/2012

Very much appreciated your technician, Francisco, who serviced my unit today (routine annual service call). He helped me make an un-pressured, informed decision regarding replacing my still functioning capacitor. Today was a 5/5/5 event, but I think that rating can only be given for "service" and "recommendation" in retrospect, when tested by time. more

Great company to work with! 3/26/2012

The people I've dealt with from Air Depot have all been really great and nice to work with. Any time I have a problem, they are eager to take care of it to make it right. A while ago, there was a mix-up with paperwork. They went back and fixed it for me. They are always consistent and good people. Also, I feel like I get a fair deal with them, and never feel like they're trying to gouge me. more

Best value for the final product and amount of equipment 3/12/2012

This was our first time using Air Depot and we were very satisfied. We originally took a few quotes, and found Air Depot last. Joe was their sales person that we worked with, and he came in and looked at our attic. He made some very good recommendations that I had not seen or thought of and that other firms had overlooked. He had great ideas and a reasonable price-not the cheapest or the most expensive but definitely the best value for the work and the most equipment. I suggest calling multiple places for quotes but definitely call Air Depot because ultimately they are the most knowledgeable and will give you a good, honest answer about the work needed to be done. They looked at what would be beneficial for me and my home, not just what they could fix to make it more profitable. more

A very happy customer 6/26/2011

We have used Air Depot for many years on our rent properties and are very satisfied with the prompt and friendly service. Since my husband and I don't live in Houston, it's hard to find a good trustworthy AC contractor you trust with such services. The Air Depot staff is has always been professional. We will continue to recommend Air Depot to all our Houston family and friends. -A very happy customer BTW, when is Air Depot coming to Austin? more

I've always been happy with Kenneth at Air Depot. He put in a new air conditioner for me 2 years ago, and then he basically comes out 2-3 times a year to check on things, according to contract. He's my neighbor, so if Ken knows something is wrong with my air conditioner, he better get it fixed, or I'm staying at his place! more

New furnace and ongoing maintenance plan 5/23/2011

Dealing with Air Depot (formerly Air Remedies) has always been a pleasant experience. Staff is always friendly and sensitive to my needs whether it is service or sales related. Service request and emergency response times are also incredibly fast! The only negative experience I have ever had was due to a subcontractor hired by Air Depot to do the furnace install. The subcontractor failed to install the unit properly and was not going to test the heater prior to leaving until I request that it be tested before they left. When I discovered that the AC side of the system was not working correctly after the install, I made a quick call to Joe and he had tech from Air Depot out to fix the installation fast. Rest assured that I will continue to turn to Air Depot for all of my heating and cooling needs! more

I have been using Air Depot for a number of years, I would say 15 or more. They do a great job with installation and service on residential heating and air units. I have had no problems or issues with them. They are friendly and very professional. Air Depot's service techs are very neat, they don't make a mess like some repair guys who don't care about your property. They have a different attitude, very positive. You couldn't find a better, more honest group to work with. more
