Dealing with Air Depot (formerly Air Remedies) has always been a pleasant experience. Staff is always friendly and sensitive to my needs whether it is service or sales related. Service request and emergency response times are also incredibly fast!
The only negative experience I have ever had was due to a subcontractor hired by Air Depot to do the furnace install. The subcontractor failed to install the unit properly and was not going to test the heater prior to leaving until I request that it be tested before they left. When I discovered that the AC side of the system was not working correctly after the install, I made a quick call to Joe and he had tech from Air Depot out to fix the installation fast.
Rest assured that I will continue to turn to Air Depot for all of my heating and cooling needs!
