Great Customer Service 11/12/2014

Ricky B. serviced our furnace today with a yearly check up. I received a phone call (much appreciated) from AirCon's dispatcher to let me know Ricky was on his way to our house. Ricky completed the furnace checkup in a timely manner & was very professional. We are always pleased with AirCon's service! more

Great service done right! 10/2/2014

I called AirCon for a second opinion on my system since this was the fourth time it needed service in 18 months. And I am sure glad I did! Ricky and Drew were very professional, listened to my description of the problem and service history of my system, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They addressed a simple issue that was overlooked multiple times before and now my house is cool and comfortable and the system is operating properly. They have certainly earned my business for any future needs and I am pleased to say that their number one Priority is fixing it right the first time. That's becoming harder and harder to find these days! more

Amazing Company and Technician 9/25/2014

We are so thankful for this company and the technician that was sent out to our home! After 4 other AC companies, our service tech "Will" was able to find the problem and fix it. He was very thorough with his search and saved us tons of money! This company all around has been very kind, compassionate, honest, and professional. We will be using them for any future AC problems/maintenance. Very happy customer!!! more

Matt and Joe work so well together, one might think they are a choreographed dance team, and it's apparent that they are good friends. They anticipate each other's moves and carry through without even verbalizing their next maneuver. Did I mention they are also courteous and left no residual mess behind? more

Service 8/28/2014

We were scheduled for our summer maintenance service. Patrick was our service tech. He was very thorough, furthermore he took the time to explain what all the numbers on the paper work he gave me meant. He is new to Aircon and you can tell that he is passionate about his job. One thing I like about Aircon's service techs they are all detailed. We have 3 very old a/c units and every time they come out to service them I keep waiting for the "sales pitch" on how we should replace them; but they don't do that. They do what they are there for, to perform a routine maintenance, make sure the a/c and furnaces are working and keep working. Aircon is a quality company with friendly employees. So nice to do business with a company that believes in good customer service. Patrick is proof of that. more

Good service but WAY too expensive 8/21/2014

My technician was great and my AC appears to be working just fine now! However, the prices were just wayyyy to high. I had pretty much the same service done last year and it was almost $100.00 cheaper. They charge a service call fee - others I used do not charge that fee if you get other services. I think that's absolutely ridiculous. Good technician but I would not recommend this company as far as price. Call one of the other major companies. You'll get the same service but at a much cheaper price. I feel ripped off :( more

A/C Install 8/9/2014

Joe and the guys were real professionals. As most field service jobs go, they ran into some hiccups, but were able to improvise and successfully finish the installation of my new A/C unit in one day with no added cost. Doreen was very helpful in the office to support her team and me, her customer. Thank you, AirCon team! more

Dependable service 8/1/2014

We moved to Pearland from out of state a couple of years ago. Not knowing the area, we asked the house inspector who was helping us with a home we were about to purchase to recommend an AC company. He suggested AirCon. We had them come to inspect the unit and were impressed with the technicians knowledge and professionalism. We purchased a yearly contract to have them come in spring and fall to service the unit and have not been disappointed. Ricky was the most recent technician to come. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions we had. We recommend AirCon to anyone looking for a good AC company. more

Semi annual service 6/13/2014

Rick and Jody came by the house at the appointed time. Rick had done previous services, Jody was "learning the AirCon "way. Both were very professional. They cleared a clog in one of the AC drains. Unfortunately Rick had the bottom of the vacuum fall when he was descending from the attic. A minor spill occurred. They volunteered to have the carpet cleaned, but since I have a personal carpet cleaner, it wasn't necessary. I would recommend AirCon to my friends. more
