Our AC wasn't cooling the house properly, so we called AirCon. They charged a $60 trip fee on top of the cost of repairs. The AC never cooled the house any better. In fact, we had to call them out AGAIN, this time paying an $85 trip charge in addition to more $ for labor and repairs. They never told us exactly what was wrong with our unit or why the house was always hot, just kept letting us keep calling them and paying trip charges, monthly fees, and other charges.\r more

AirCon went above and beyond from the start. Our upstairs a/c went out at the end of last summer. The AirCon technician arrived on time, told us what the procedure would be in diagnosing the problem, then presented us with options. We decided to replace the unit and could not be more pleased with the results. AirCon is the only company we will ever use and highly recommend them. more

I can highly recommend AirCon for new A/C installation. I have an older house with some special space considerations, and they worked with me to find a system to fit. We agreed on a price and the new system was installed the next day exactly as specified. Due to the age of my existing system and my attic's limited access, the installation took a bit longer than expected and I'm sure was more work than originally anticipated, but there was no attempt to charge for extra labor, new ductwork, etc. I would definitely use them again. more

AirCon came through for us once again! On November 15th, Tech ""Ricky"" performed our semi-annual furnace check and determined our 17 year Lennox unit was not operating properly, beyond repair and possibly leaking carbon monoxide. He and his supervisor quickly provided a competitive price to replace the unit (with Ruud equipment) and scheduled the work for the following day. AirCon performed the service and kept it's commitment to price, quality and schedule! As a repeat customer who had AirCon completely replace our large A/C system ($5,738) March 2011, I continue to be quite pleased with this company's Customer Service. From the person who first answered the phone (Denise) to the Tech who diagnosed the problem (Ricky) and the Tech's who replaced the bad unit (Will & Mike), this company provides excellent Customer Service. (I would be remiss if I didn't mention Melissa, who calls you the following day to make sure all systems are working properly). Needless to say, I will continue to recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors! You simply cannot go wrong with AirCon! more

We have had several ac company's attempt to give us what we want and need. AIRCON surpassed our expectations. AIRCON was fast and effective. They came to check out a problem we were having on a Monday and on Wednesday they were back to install a whole new unit outside and upstairs. The men were extremely organized and professional. The air will get down as low as we want! Even on a hot day! I would recommend them to everyone I know. They are #1 in my book! more

We found AirCon after our home warranty company kept having to come back to fix our air conditioner over the course of 3 to 4 years. We finally decided to get a new system and chose AirCon because we liked their service after they came out several times after the home warranty company couldn’t fix the problem. Sam gave us an estimate for a new system and we got 2 other proposals. Even though AirCon was not the cheapest, we knew they would give us good service so we went with them. The installers Joey and Mike were just super- they were so polite! We could tell they were concerned about doing a good job. They had extra trouble when the new unit wouldn’t fit and had to remove the attic steps to get it up there. They put everything back when they were done and Wayne even came out and put new molding on the steps of the attic ladder. They had put down nice new canvas to cover the floors and cleaned everything up when they finished. They even vacuumed the floors before they left. We were so pleased with AirCon that we recommended them to our son and Joey and Mike were able to install his system, too. We will definitely use AirCon again. I met some of the folks at AirCon through mutual business friends who said good things about them so I decided to give them a try. I needed some routine non emergency service on one of my A/C systems. Their technician was punctual, professional and polite. AirCon is our number one choice for heating and A/C service at both our home and our business. They have an amazing staff! The office staff, the owners, and the technicians are just terrific. On two occasions I've gone to Air-Con. The first time my business partner called me at 8 am to say he'd be late to work because his AC went out. I told him to call Air-Con and even with the heat of Houston and a full schedule they got to him that morning and took care of the AC.
